Story
This adorable 2 year old, 9 pound, Yorkie girl is called Evelyn (Evie) and she is looking for a more quiet and calm home to nestle in her bed and cuddle with her family.  The current family of this girl decided that there were too many kids and too many dogs in their household and so they are trimming the herd.  She has not been spayed or vetted in her  short lifetime and so Critter Cavalry Rescue is having that done ASAP.  She deserves to be the center of someone’s world.  Evelyn (Evie) is going to be someone’s little Princess for a very long time.  She is housebroken and does beautifully in the house with no destruction.  Isn’t she a beauty?  Can’t you see this girl riding around town with you in the passenger seat all buckled up and sitting in her little fleece car seat looking like a million dollar baby doll?  If you are interested in this rare rescue offer please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com  She is ready the last weekend of March to travel from Tennessee to the northeastern corridor on the animal transport van.  An easy ride to a lifetime of love with a specially selected family.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 24, 2025, 5:27 pm

She is 2 ½ years old and weighs 14 pounds Her adoption fee is $800. Charlotte was found tied to a post in the parking lot of a 7-11. A good Samaritan rescued her but was unable to keep her due to her own health issues and contacted Save A Yorkie. Charlotte was very timid and startled easily when she first came to us, but with lots of love and stability has come out of her shell.  She is a fun, feisty companion who loves to be outdoors, enjoys playing with her toys, our other dogs, running and exploring our backyard. She is well behaved for a two-year-old but would benefit from professional training. She loves her person and has a protective streak. She would do well in a home where she receives a lot of time and attention. She will follow you everywhere. Daily exercise is an absolute must for her to release some of her energy.  Car rides are not a favorite, she does best when crated for the ride. She is spayed and up to date on her shots.  She will require a yard with a 6 foot fence. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Scroll down to see more pictures of this dog. Dupris is part of a bonded pair of Yorkies and will have to be adopted with his brother Deno. He is 6 years old and weighs 9 lbs. The adoption fee for both dogs is $800.00. Dupris and Deno came to us on Saturday the day after Ruff left.    It is a treat for us to have a bonded pair and to watch them play and cavort together.     Deno is the more outgoing of the two and he laps up attention and loves to lick faces.    Dupris is less sure of novelty but has adjusted well and appears quite at home on our chaise lounge.    They were surrendered because of illnesses in their family and had been home alone for a while before they came to us so they were a bit rambunctious at first. In the beginning, I kept them crated when I went out but the past few days I have left them without crating them and they have behaved very well and greeted me warmly when I got home.    They have their vet appointments scheduled for next week and their neuter scheduled for November 12th.    Dupris and Deno are staying with Sam in Pittsburgh, PA.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 17, 2024, 12:31 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Tammy (blessed3@ptd.net), 570-204-4119 for more information about this pet. Scroll down to see more pictures of this dog. Maya is available for adoption. She is 9 years old and weighs 10 lbs. Her adoption fee is $400.00.This adorable little lady is Maya! She is 9 years old and weights about 9 pounds. She is a calm, quiet and  gentle soul who loves being outside and going for walks. Winter weather has shortened walks recently but Maya still likes going outside every day she can for at least a stroll in the year.  She is  friendly with everyone we have met and  gets along with our dogs nicely.  She doesn’t play much, however she will join in a game of chase sometimes, or find a bone to chew on. Though she can be content just watching the action too. Another of her favorite activities  is snuggling in soft blankets. She can often be found curled up on a blanket or a big pillow! She is so cute all snuggled and cozy!  She also likes napping in a sunny stop.Maya is free in our home with only an occasional ‘accident’, but has learned the proper place for doing business is when she is outside. We take her out several times a day. At night Mayas preferred place to sleep is in her bed, on an ottoman beside our bed. Once she settles in she usually sleeps until morning, making little snores that are as adorable as she is!  Commands are a work in progress. We are  tackling the basics, which sometimes she does  okey and others she just grunts and looks at us like we are being ridiculous! Maya  is a very friendly, curious, and silly little girl, and will be a joy to her new family!Maya is staying with Tammy in Bloomsburg, PA.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 23, 2025, 11:37 pm
