Muffin is an adorable little scruffy girl who was rescued from a hoarding situation. She is sweet and gentle but is very cautious with people. Muffin loves being with other dogs and is good with cats too.. She is learning how to be part of a family and her fur buddies are showing her the ropes. She will do best in a home with another confident dog to help continue to build her confidence. Muffin is doing a great job with house training and crate training. A quiet adult home will be best as the noise and activity of children make her nervous. A fenced yard is required. Muffin is 4 years old and 20 lbs. (Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.) PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! She is in a foster home with other small dogs and a fenced in yard. She does go potty outside but housebreaking is going to be a work in progress for her since she lived in a crate all of her life until she came to us. Posie is now spayed, had a dental cleaning and is up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Meet Lily. Lily came to us as a retired breeder dog from a commercial kennel. She is a Yorkie and weighs about 6 lbs. Lily turns 4 years old in July 2025. She is more on the shy side but she is learning how to be loved in her foster home. Lily will do best in a home with a securely fenced yard and another small dog to help her learn how great living in a home can be. Lily gets along well with the other small dogs in her foster home. She is now spayed and had a dental cleaning. Sadly her teeth were so bad that all but one had to be removed so she will have to stay on soft food. Lily is up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She is working on housebreaking and crate training in her foster home but her adopter will need to continue to work on it. Her adoption fee is $450.00. Meet Ginger. Ginger came to us after her owner passed away. She was in a home with many other dogs, cats and even pot belly pigs. Ginger is scared of new people at first, but she does like to cuddle once she gets to know you. She does seem to like men faster then women and will cuddle with them first. Ginger does like to be with other small dogs so a home with another small friendly dog is going to be a must for her. She is not a fan of the leash at all, but we keep trying. She will do best going out to potty in a home with a securely fenced in yard so does need the fenced in yard. We don't know exactly what she is mixed with, her hair does seem like Yorkie and she is an adult, we think at least 5 years old. She weighs about 9 lbs. Ginger came to us spayed, but she was in desperate need of a dental cleaning so she just had that done and her vaccines are now all up to date. She is microchipped and tested negative for heartworm and was started on monthly heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $200.00. Because she does get scared easily we are not recommending a home with children for Ginger.
