Ben was born in a high kill shelter on 2/3/2021. He was a day old when we brought him home along with his 10 siblings and his mother. All that remains is Ben and his mom Lily. They have been waiting patiently. But now it is thThis is Ben and he has been with Chloe’s Pet Rescue since he was a newborn. He is now going on three years old. We aren’t sure why he hasn’t found his “furever” home. He’s such a handsome guy. We believe he is an Akita/American Pit Bull mix. Ben is very friendly when meeting new people (after a few sniffs and he’s good to go) and is good with other dogs. In fact, if it looks like another dog wants to get into a tiff, he walks away. Ben is energetic and loves to go outdoors. He’s great walking on a leash, knows come here, stop, breakfast and dinner and is crate and house trained. One of his favorite things to play with is a ball. Something he does not like is rain and thunder. Don’t go out and buy a new bed for this guy because he will chew it up, just throw a blanket down and he is very content. Ben’s adoption fee is $25, which includes his full vetting.

Hello, my name is Wrangler! I am a 7 year old Husky mix that weighs approx. 46 lbs. I was surrendered to RAC due to my family no longer being able to care for me. I am a very sweet and very intelligent guy that would love to find a FURever home to call my own! I love a good walk or hike. If you're the adventurous type, then I am your guy. I know several basic commands like sit, shake, and down. I did previously share a home with another dog, however a meet and greet is always recommended if you have another dog in the home. I have been searching for my furr ever home for 90 days as of 09/06/2024 and am now considered a Diamond Dog! My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, and basic boosters. I did test positive for heartworms but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, I will be able to receive treatment at little to no cost to my adopter.
