Story
Tux is a very friendly and well behaved dog. House trained and great with kids, very playful and energetic for his age(6). Someone who has a large yard would be best as he loves to be outside and sniff around. Tux has been through a rigorous training program when he was younger and listens well on leash and fairly well without leash. Tux loves attention and to be played with. We currently aren't able to give him the one on one attention he deserves, looking for someone who can give him that. He is up to date on shots. May need additional shots if you are going to board or send to daycare with additional requirements. Clean bill of health and vet monitored, documents can be provided upon adoption.

Oh my gosh, are you here to read more about little ol’ me? Oh, where do I start! Well, I’m just a happy doggo trying to live my best life and match up with a new family. DAS is helping me search, isn’t that cool? We’re still getting to know each other, but I think we’re going to find me some great friends. I’ve let them know that I enjoy long walks on warm evenings, trying all kinds of new snacks, and chewing on doggie toys. Who doesn’t love those things? Speaking of snacks, I’ve heard that Dallas is an exciting doggie-friendly place for food enthusiasts! I’d love to check out a few patios some day with my new family. Does that sound like something you’d enjoy, too? I sure hope so… maybe you could click that “Adopt Me” button and we’ll get to know each other better!

Story
Ben was born in a high kill shelter on 2/3/2021. He was a day old when we brought him home along with his 10 siblings and his mother. All that remains is Ben and his mom Lily. They have been waiting patiently. But now it is thThis is Ben and he has been with Chloe’s Pet Rescue since he was a newborn. He is now going on three years old. We aren’t sure why he hasn’t found his “furever” home. He’s such a handsome guy. We believe he is an Akita/American Pit Bull mix. Ben is very friendly when meeting new people (after a few sniffs and he’s good to go) and is good with other dogs. In fact, if it looks like another dog wants to get into a tiff, he walks away. Ben is energetic and loves to go outdoors. He’s great walking on a leash, knows come here, stop, breakfast and dinner and is crate and house trained. One of his favorite things to play with is a ball. Something he does not like is rain and thunder. Don’t go out and buy a new bed for this guy because he will chew it up, just throw a blanket down and he is very content. Ben’s adoption fee is $25, which includes his full vetting.

Story
My name is Nana, and I’m a one-year-old 45-pound husky mix, eagerly waiting to light up your life! My journey to happiness has been quite an adventure, and I’m proud to say I’m a true survivor. I was found wandering the streets of a Dallas neighborhood, and it appeared that I had been hit by a car, leaving my pelvis injured. But, thanks to a kind-hearted Good Samaritan and the incredible team at Duck Team 6, I’m now fully healed, vetted, and ready to find my forever home! I’m a social butterfly, and I adore making new friends, whether they are humans (both adults and kids) or fellow dogs. My foster mom says I’m a delight to be around, and I’ve been working hard on perfecting my leash manners during our long, enjoyable walks with my two best furry friends. When I’m not out exploring the neighborhood or working on my leash skills, you’ll find me at home lounging on my favorite chair, chasing squirrels in the backyard, or having a playful wrestling match with my foster fur siblings. I’m a perfect mix of adventurous and chill, and I’m looking for a family who will appreciate my zest for life and love for relaxation. I’m already crate-trained trained, potty-trained, and I’ve mastered the use of a dog door at my foster home, making me quite the smart cookie. My foster family has provided me with so much love and care, and now I’m ready to share all of my love and joy with you! If you’re looking for a sweet, loving, and fun-filled furry companion, look no further. I’m Nana, and I can’t wait to meet you and start our forever adventure together. To make me a part of your family, please fill out an adoption application or reach out to the nice people at Duck Team 6 directly. I’m so excited to meet you and give you all the love and cuddles you deserve! July 19, 2024, 1:30 pm

Story
Need a plus one to brunch? Clover is your gal. Whether it is your local brewery or park, Clover loves human attention and being around her people. Clover has an infectious personality, you can't help but smile when you're hanging with this goofy girl. Clover has the energy and sweetness of a husky, and would do best in an active home willing to provide both physical and mental stimulation. Clover's absolute favorite thing is water, she'd love a pool, even if it's just a kiddy pool to splish splash the days away in. Clover also loves chew toys, running and tug games. Clovers play style would match best with another friendly outgoing dog. Clovers play style is rough and rowdy and she has a tendency to be vocal while playing. Right now Clover would do best in a single family home with a yard. Sweet Clover was rescued as a pregnant stray. Unfortunately, she lost her puppies in the shelter, so we can only imagine how much finding a loving forever family will mean to her. Adopting Clover comes with a lot of perks and both the rescue and her foster will happily help continue to support you and Clover on your adoption journey. Story
Meet Cleo!! First, and not most importantly, this girl's fur is the *softest*. She is quite affectionate, and with fur this soft, pettings are decadent :) You won't even mind all the husky 'snow'. More importantly, Cleo is fairly chill. She enjoys play with people (even kids) and dogs, with her play style described as 'gentle and dainty. She has not been introduced to cats. She enjoys her crate and really enjoys food. All food. She does not judge. Subsequently exercise is pretty important and she really enjoys a walk, so maintaining a healthy weight should be pretty enjoyable. All around Cleo is an excellent companion! Cleo has visited our Adoption Container located at Community Beer Co. and she does great! She loves everyone she meets and all the dogs. Her foster mom even uses her as a 'helper dog' with new foster dogs in the home. Don't miss out on this unicorn husky!
