I was born in a high kill shelter on 2/3/2021, along with my 10 siblings, and I was so happy when Chloe's Pet Rescue came and rescued us from that scary place. Our Foster Mom has been taking fantastic care of us, but I am ready for my own Family (and I know my siblings are ready too). I love running around and playing with my siblings and toys. I haven't been around children or cats, but I am sure I will love playing with them if I am introduced to them. We love him and know you will too.   To meet Koji, or to learn more about him, please take a moment and fill out an application.  Meet the Adoption Criteria. Before you do anything else, make sure you meet our adoption criteria. You must be at least 21 years old. You must live within a 60-mile radius of Richardson, Texas. You must share veterinary records for all pets currently in your home and all pets owned in the last five years. All pets in the home must be spayed or neutered. If you rent your home, you must provide verification that pets are allowed on the property. You must be willing to be interviewed by an adoption counselor and you must undergo a home visit from an RHS representative. Apply. You can complete an application at an MTP event or complete it online by either clicking the button below or the “Adopt” button beneath the pet’s photo in the listings above. Phone Interview or Attend a Meet the Pets (MTP) event. This is a great opportunity to meet the pet you are interested in and see if you connect. We hold these events once a month on Saturday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. We post the pets who are expected to attend on Friday evening on our Facebook page. For exact details and locations, view our event calendar. If an event is over a week away, a counselor may contact you for a phone interview. Home Visit. If all the steps above are completed satisfactorily, we will set up a home visit where you can meet the pet you are interested in again and the pet can meet other pets in the family. We will try to send the foster parent so you can learn more about how the pet is in a home environment. Complete Adoption. If all feel it is a good match, we will schedule the adoption at MTP or an off-site location. The applicant will need to complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. This happy little guy couldn't be any cuter! He is one of 5 littermates rescued in a rural area after likely being abandoned by a breeder.    He's just over a year old, playful and silly as one would expect! He loves other dogs, going for walks and romping around in the backyard. Because he is a husky he's extra smart, on his toes and active. Bran will be most successful in a home with an owner home more than not.
