Story
Merfy is about 11 months old maybe a year. Hes the sweetest gentle giant ever. Hes definitely some kind of Shepard, maybe golden. Hes about 95 lbs. He loves to play, play fight, cuddle, walk and go to parks. He loves to be a lap dog. He is potty bell trained so he rings a bell when he needs to go outside. I am rehoming due to house issues, leaking, and ceiling caving in so I have to relocate to a one bedroom apartment. I am also rehoming Lucy and she has a separate page as well, if anyone is interested in keeping them together! Anyways let me know if youre interested or have any questions!

Name: CocoBreed: Anatolian Shepherd / Great Pyrenees mixAge: ~18 monthsSize: Large (approx. 100 lbs)Temperament: Playful, affectionate, alert, confidentCoco is the best of both worlds: the happy clown who brings joy and laughter to his people, and “the Sheriff” who naturally keeps an eye on things—especially at night. He is a young guardian with a big heart, a goofy streak, and an innate sense of responsibility.Coco is people-oriented and thrives on connection. He responds well to verbal cues and loves praise. While he has a playful, sometimes silly side, he also shows steady, confident guardian instincts without excessive reactivity.Coco loves people, children, and other animals. He is curious and sweet and so full of love.At 18 months, Coco is getting past the puppy stage and beginning to settle into his adult temperament. He still enjoys play and engagement but is learning when it’s time to be calm and observant.Coco is the kind of dog who will make you laugh during the day and make you feel safe at night. In the right home, he will be a devoted, watchful, and endlessly lovable companion. ##2661874##

Story
Rocky’s journey has been heartbreaking, but this sweet boy hasn’t let it dim his spirit. Originally adopted from the Greenville shelter, Rocky was returned for being “too big.” Not long after, he was found abandoned in a dumping ground, left to fend for himself. He was attacked by other abandoned dogs and arrived back at the shelter bruised, terrified, and defeated. Before a rescue could step in, his previous owners adopted him again—only to return him once more because their fence wasn’t secure and they kept him outside. Rocky ran out of time fast. He had just hours left before being scheduled for euthanasia when our rescue found a foster willing to step up and save him. She adored him, but due to a family emergency, she can no longer keep him. Now Rocky needs a new foster or, even better, the forever family he’s been waiting for all along.  Why Rocky Is So Easy to Love ·       1.5 years old and about 90 lbs — a big, gentle teddy bear ·       Wonderful with children and other dogs ·       Sweet, affectionate, and incredibly gentle ·       A true velcro dog who loves being close to his people ·       Checks on his humans when they cough or sneeze — he’s that tuned in ·       Doesn’t like being alone, but never destructive ·       Loyal, sensitive, and craving stability Rocky has survived abandonment, fear, and heartbreak, yet he remains one of the most loving dogs you’ll ever meet. He just wants to belong. He wants a family who won’t give up on him again.  Rocky Deserves His Happily Ever After Whether it’s a foster home or a forever home, Rocky is ready to give his whole heart to someone who will finally love him the way he deserves. After everything he’s been through, he’s still hopeful. Still gentle. Still full of love. Let’s help Rocky find the safe, stable, loving home he’s been waiting for.  apply at codysfriendsrescue.org ##2162079##
