Bindi is a 1.5 year old female Australian Cattle Dog mix, and is a charming and playful pup who will instantly win your heart! At 33 pounds, she’s the perfect size for cuddles and adventure, with adorable spots and expressive ears that truly match her personality. Bindi has a delightful way of playing with her toys - she will toss one in the air, then happily dash after it, keeping you entertained and smiling the whole time. She loves when another dog is in a nearby play area, especially if they can run together along the fence, and she will often drop into a cute play bow to invite the other dog to chase her! Bindi also enjoys going on walks with you, and is wonderful on a leash, making every outing peaceful and pleasant. With her sweet nature, playfulness, and loyal heart, Bindi is ready to be your devoted companion and brighten your days with joy. Come meet her soon!             The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.November 2, 2025, 10:31 pm

Boy was part of a large litter in which we rehomed all but him and a girl dog; hense his name. He’s a sweet dog but him and his dad, larger German shepherd, do not always get along so rather than having to keep him separated, I’d like to find a good home for him. He is fine with his sister and mother (blue heeler mix). Looking for a loving home where he can get more attention.

Jersey Girl will melt your heart! She was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 10/23. She has a micro-chip but sadly her family did not come for her. Jersey Girl is 7 years old and weighs in at 61 pounds. She is just precious and happy go lucky. She knows to sit, stay and lay down when asked. She loves her treats and takes them like a lady. Her favorite time is play time. Jersey Girl has so much love to give to a new family. Wouldn't you like to wake up to that smile every morning? Ask for ID# 14606 Run 16. She is spayed and micro-chipped. She has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
