Story
Hi! PARMIGIANA here! But you can call me Parmi for short!I am a 5 month old pup that loves to play outside. The more backyard I have to play, the happier I am. Besides, when I go for walks, runs, and play with my family I am too tired to get into puppy mischief!. The rescue people aren't real sure of my breed, but there's an app for that! The Dog Scanner app has Cattledog, beagle, Carolina Dog, JRT and more so I guess you could call me a Super Mutt. Whatever I am, I'm a cutie. I am a confident pup and very sweet. I love exploring, being with people, toys, eating, and playing with friendly dogs. After play time, I love to be held and snuggle. I cant wait to find my forever family. Wont you please consider adding me to your family? I am a real fun pup!Yours (I hope),PARMIGIANA / PARMI***As long as our dogs are on the website they are available. Applications can be found at CanineCollective.org*** Note: Without a DNA test or direct information about the parents, the breed listed is based on our best guess or from the use of breed identification apps

Story
Pumba is the sweetest little guy! We found him running loose in the neighborhood and eventually were able to get him inside. He’s up to date on rabies shot, microchipped, and neutered. Around the home he’s just the happiest little guy! He’ll follow you around and want to hang out all night, but also carries his toys around all day long. We think he was abandoned on the streets by previous owners because he’s very well behaved, but definitely has some separation anxiety. He’s been doing really well on crate training and has adjusted since being inside the past few weeks. He needs a forever home and a family to love him and I think he will be the greatest dog!

Story
Meet Major Major is an adorable young man who is approximately 10 months old and currently weighs 30 pounds. He was found on the side of the road with his two brothers in south Texas near the border of Mexico. The puppies were starving, covered with fleas and ticks and were just in terrible condition. They have come a very long way and are doing great now! Major is a happy, playful puppy. He loves everyone he meets and is always ready for adventure! He has the best time playing with his toys and enjoys romping around the play yard exploring with his brothers and the other dogs in his play group. He loves getting attention and affection will make a very loving companion. Major is a sweet, social and smart boy we can really see him doing well in any family environment. Major is located at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Coumbus, OHIO on April 13th, with approved application! Adoption fee is $450. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Meet Raymond! This pretty boy only wants affection and cuddles from his people. Currently, he is in our DASH Prison Training Program where he is learning basic commands like sit, stay, down, wait and leave it. He is being set up for success in his new home. Raymond has tackled all of his commands but is still working on leash training, which he loves, he's just so excitable he looses focus and pulls.  He is housebroken and does well in his crate (well, mostly, he sometimes whines or cries because he'd rather be next to his person). Like most young dogs, Raymond is still working on containing his excitement and not jumping on people. As quickly as he learns, it shouldn't take long to correct. Of course, he will need continued guidance and practice with you as he acclimates to his new environment. His handler says Raymond is smart, very affectionate, loves to cuddle and sleep with you. He loves to play with other dogs but more than anything he wants to please his humans. He has not been kid or cat-tested yet, so proper introductions will be necessary, especially with the littles, due to his age and energy level. He is still working on not chewing while playing, so this should be kept in mind while with children.   Raymond loves all people and would be a great addition to any family! Heelers have been known particularly to be good family dogs. With our recent weather change we are finding out that he absolutely loves the snow and gets very excited and playful outside! Come meet him while you can, he can't contain himself while waiting for you!    If you're interested in adopting, the first step in our adoption process is to submit an application on our website   www.dashanimalrescue.orgVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 27, 2024, 8:39 am

Story
We really outdid ourselves with originality in naming Cattle Dog, or “Cattle D” for not much shorter. Cattle Dog has all the energy and big personality you would expect from a Cattle Dog—he will patrol your yard to protect it from both squirrels and ghosts, but when not under attack from these nefarious villains, he loves to play with his friends and loves giving kisses and hugs and getting attention from his people. He’s a fantastic dog and just the best boy. A physically fenced yard is required. Cattle Dog is available for adoption in Ohio to residents of Ohio.
