Story
Huckleberry waborn on June 27, 2021 to our two heelers. He has grown up with us--around my 5 kids and our 2 other dogs. He is an EXCELLENT fetching dog. LOVES chasing a stick or ball. Also loves hiking. He is a typical red heeler with some anxiety and jumpiness, so physical activity a must. He is 57 lbs and a tall heeler,very fit. Neutered. UTD vaccines, inc. rabies. He does not like being around his dad Boone. We cannot rehome Boone due to his health issues. Huck has only ever been aggressive to Boone, and is fine around his humans, his mama Oakley and our male 5-year-old doodle. He has NEVER shown aggression toward any human inside or outside of our home. He has not been around cats. Huck is currently staying in the back yard, but weather is getting colder. It is a pretty desperate situation, because I do NOT want to place him in a shelter. Please message or call for more info on Huck. His adoption is time-sens. Experienced heeler owner only. Story
DD is a joy as much as he is a handful. As overwhelming as I may have felt as times, the joy I have getting to experience life with him more than makes up for it. I recently took ownership of him due to the declining health of his original caretakers. And I find myself wondering if I am keeping him back from his true garden. DD deserves the safety security and comforts that I wish I had growing up and I hope someone out there is able to provide what I find myself doing my best in doing. He is currently undergoing training with an E-collar and is due to graduate shortly. Despite this, I still find myself needing to do what is best for him. If you are reading this, please exercise the due diligence that I failed to do when undergoing the adoption process when my family first adopted him. Thank you for your time.

Freya is a fantastic 1 year old blue heeler. I got her when she was 2 months old but soon after became pregnant with my first child and my partner and I simply do not have the time or energy to give her the exercise and enrichment she needs. She is extremely smart, but also stubborn and needs lots of exercise and enrichment which is why she needs an experienced owner. She currently lives with my saint bernard and two cats. However, she has snapped at dogs she is not familiar with so I believe she will need time to adjust to a new dog and cats she is okay with but will most likely need an adjustment period with them as well. She really is a great dog, we just cannot give her what she needs at the moment.

Dolly is a typical girlie girl, and we’ve learned that means she adores fall and all things pumpkin! 🎃 She also loves a good spa day, and his happy to model her salon photos. 🛁🫧💅 Dolly is the perfect mix of active and couch potato. She loves to play fetch and walk just as much as her naps under all the covers. (She's OBSESSED with soft blankets and likes to sleep under them with just her nose sticking out.) Quality time is her love language -- she loves to snuggle! She would be the perfect fit for a family with older children or active adults. She enjoys playgroups with other dogs, too. Dolly is hanging out in a foster home, so give us a call and ask how you can meet her! This pet is available through SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center, located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm. Luna is a 5 year old Australian shepherd who we have had her whole life. I hate saying that she’s “not good with other dogs” because she can be- but she can also be reactive in higher stress situations and this has caused issues with her and our other dog on occasion. We have a new baby and live in a smaller home and we are just not meeting each other’s needs anymore. I’m looking to responsibly rehome Luna to someone who better suits her needs. I think she would be best in a home that doesn’t have other dogs. She is loyal and incredibly intelligent, she is high energy but in a productive way, if she’s inside she loves to lay in the sun near a door or window. If she’s outside she loves to play fetch and she’s very agile. Luna doesn’t have any health issues, but she does have a history of getting carsick in longer car rides.

My name is Jhar Jhar, Im and Australian Shepherd and Pocket Pitbull mix, I have become taller than my brothers and Sisters but I'm also more unique my eyes have a blu-ish Gray tint, I'm full of energy and walk with a unique stride. Show boatish, I'm very smart and dense at times I think my body isn't grown in my legs lol. I got my first round of shots when I was 4 weeks old.no one has ever chose me as there companion because of my size compared to the rest of the litter. My owner has went through a rough time losing his home to taxes, not only he but me and my brother and sis are also homeless. I promise if you pay attention to me, I will learn fast and protect my family with all my heart. Just someone to pay attention to me, is all I need to be happy.i have been with other dogs my whole life 7 months.my owner is running out of time as am I. I really need a new home. My bark is intimidating but I love to play and chase sticks, toys, for anything you throw. Pick Me Jhar!

Leia is a 6 year old Blue Merle Australian shepherd who is a fierce bullet of jumping energy who is very friendly and loving with people, loves to chase cats (playfully), play with any kind of toy, and loves to chew hard on bones. She loves to tug with you but prefers to win. She is a jumper and very excitable and will sneak jumping kisses quicker than you are ready for. She follows me everywhere and has to know exactly what I'm doing at all times and is a very loyal and loving dog. She absolutely loves to run and chase anything. She is very eager to please and is well trained to alert you when she needs to go potty outside. She loves to be brushed. She will cuddle with you but isn't really a lap dog. She's more of the be near you all the time kind of dog but loves the pets and attention. She does get jealous for attention which leads into the important part about her - she is not great with other dogs. I moved in with my boyfriend and she is not getting along with his dogs.
