Story

Dolly is a 1 1/2 year old female Australian Kelpie. She was dumped with her sister in Ennis, TX. Both she and her sister need homes but I'm starting with Dolly. Dolly is very affectionate and confident. She's energetic, walks well on a leash and doesn't bark much. She loves people but is aggressive with other dogs. She plays well with dogs that are compliant but tries to dominate similarly confident dogs, male or female. I don't know how she is with children as I've not had her in that setting. Dolly needs a strong leader and mental challenges. She is extremely intelligent. She needs a lot of exercise that I cannot give her. She's the type of dog that needs to work hard and be tired at the end of the day. She's very fit and healthy.

Bean is a rescue Red Heeler mix from the beautiful state of Tennesse. He was found injured and his rescuers after having taken him to a Vet had him operated on from his left knee: I was a Foster Mom back in 2017 (when he was found at7 months old)and foster failed him during his surgery recovery (1month after welcoming him into my home). Bean recovered fully and regardless of having become blind after he developed glaucoma he remains his silly self: loves running towards and at the doggie park,enjoys playing w/other dogs and loves people. Bean is an extremely loving dog, he loves being petted,squeez toys as well as plushies. Althoug he has been blind for 4 years now (had his eye nerves injected at age 3 in order to stop the glaucoma symptoms from affecting his daily life):he carries himself with caution yet he is thriving and having a normal pet life. He has been around cats for most of the 6 years Ive had him. Bean loves being scratched on his back and buttocks,knowscommands.

They're making their way to your home soon and I'd be happy to arrange a pickup for anyone in the iron range area looking to add to their family! Mom was got lost from home and we took her in to discover she was pregnant as she delivered pups on the couch. After owners were found divorced lead them to not take her back.
