Ozzy was adopted as a puppy through Humane Tomorrow in 2021. He is currently 4 years old and will turn 5 on November 5th. We are relocating and are reluctantly unable to bring our cherished pup with us. He loves walks, chasing soccer balls, and playing fetch (although he may not bring it back LOL) Ozzy can best be described as laid back - "I like to sleep most of the morning and early afternoon." Ozzy enjoys cuddles with the family - "I like laying next to anyone and enjoy a good belly rub." He’s a family dog, good around kids, and also can be independent.

She walks nicely on a leash, knows her basic commands, and is incredibly smart — she learns new things quickly and loves to please. One of her favorite things is to chase balls. She can do it all day long. Although she enjoys playtime, she also knows how to relax and chill with her people. She is friendly with some dogs, but prefers to be an only dog. We took Dixie in from a QuikTrip parking lot in May of 2024. Her litter had been found on someone’s property with no mother to be seen. She is what we assume to be a blue heeler mix, but we have not had her tested. She is just over two years old. She is very playful, but also loves to snuggle on the couch with other dogs or people. She will ask to be touched very often, and will want to lay her head or body in your lap while you sit. She and our other dog get along very well, playing and lounging throughout the day. She is trained to sit, lay down, “stay” until we give her the command to eat, and she is potty/house trained. She is kennel trained, and often prefers to stay in it overnight to sleep. In her new home, Dixie will need bursts of love and attention, followed by down time where she prefers to lay on the couch or in her kennel.
