I came to ASF as a tiny pup battling parvo, but thanks to the amazing team here, my vets, and my fosters, I made it through and now I'm living my best, healthy, happy puppy life! My date of birth is 7/2/24. I'm already potty trained (but, hey, I'm still young, so I might have the occasional accident), and I'm a good boy in my crate during the day. But guess what? I much prefer to sleep with my humans at night-because I'm all about that snuggle life! I LOVE being on laps. Really, any lap will do. There's nothing like the warmth and closeness of a person who loves me. I've learned some basic commands and I'm super eager to learn more! I'm focused and quick to pick things up-especially if it means more love and attention. I might be a little shy at first, but with new experiences and some extra training, I know I can build my confidence and show you just how amazing I am. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's ready to bring joy, snuggles, and a bit of excitement into your life, I'm your guy. I'm ready to be your heart dog-let's start this adventure together! We have only just gotten Cowboy 11 NOV so we still are learning about him but we can tell you he is very sweet and loves human attention. He is good with dogs but we haven't had him long enough to evaluate him with cats or other animals. He does not like to be confined at our Vet's Office in their kennels which is where he is now. He is not destructive but does not want to go back into his kennel when he goes out into the open yard. Please consider this sweet boy as a new member of your family. We will update his bio when we have had him little longer. He is uptodate on all vaccinations, microchipped neutered and heartworm negative. He is healthy and ready for a forever home. He only has a small cut above his right eye which is almost healed. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. Lora Lee is a very sweet dog that is just 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds. She is said to be an Aussie mix with some Terrier. Whatever the mix is we think she is a most unusual and truly a beautiful girl who well with other dogs in her foster home. She is a friend to all and apparently she is house trained as long as taken out regular. Lola Lee is crate trained but cannot be left for long hours in the crate. She is not leash trained but is trying to improve. We are requesting that applicants have a fenced yard for her because she is an active girl that needs to run and play with freedom and not at the end of a leash only. This beauty loves to cuddle and be by your side like your BFF and shadow. If you have another dog that would be great for her to have a playmate that can help her wear out her energy every day. Lola Lee is a great girl and she is going to need an active family that can challenge and meet her need for exercise and be able to keep up with her. She is really not a dog for a retirement couple that are ready to have a more laidback dog with fewer exercise demands. Sweet Skye Man has come to us as one of three Aussie mix older pups that are still impressionably young at just 8 months and 19 pounds. This handsome, yet shy boy, is looking for a family that will fill his soul with love and affirmation and confidence building lessons every day. He and his siblings were raised in an outdoor kennel with little to no love and attention. They were merely fed, but yet eventually were released to our Critter Cavalry Rescue foster mom. Skye Man is a sponge for life lessons and he is so receptive to human touch and love. He is the smaller pup from his litter of three that we have in our care now. He is comfortable in a crate, but needs leash training. There's so many exciting experiences and a wonderful family waiting for him out there.
