Puns aside, this little guy is the absolute sweetest. He’s great with dogs and all people. We can’t resist those floppy ears and soulful eyes! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. Hi I'm Merlin! I'm a little shy but once you get to know me I'm as sweet as can be. I'm around 6 years old and 45 lbs, and I would do best with a simple, routine life without too much excitement. In fact, I could spend almost all day on the couch with my head on your shoulder. I am vision impaired but once you help me learn where everything is, I do just fine navigating on my own- I'm even crate trained and enjoy having a crate as my "home base". I am perfect with cats and dogs, and would really love a dog friend to help me continue building my confidence. I do need a fenced in yard at my forever home, being on leash is tough for me until I feel super safe and secure. If you're a homebody with a little bit of patience and a gentle soul, I would be the perfect companion for you and I am sure to give you all the love you'll ever need. She is ready to work on her summer body by going for walks around the neighborhood and exploring her new home!
