She came to us as a stray from a local shelter. She is a very sweet and active dog who loves to run and play! She will need a home with a fenced in yard. Annie follows the other dogs in the foster home to go outside and potty, and she does very good in a crate when her foster family is not home. She has not been tested around cats but does great with all of the other dogs in the house. She is spayed and up-to-date on all of her shots and ready for a new home. Her adoption fee is $300.She weighs approximately 40 pounds. Annie is currently being fostered in the Dayton area! Cassius Howl - 13lbs - 2.5 months - beagle mix. A little small, but with elite speed off the edge and great bend. This Cassius Howl may not be blitzing quarterbacks, but he will rush into your heart. Puns aside, this little guy is the absolute sweetest. He’s great with dogs and all people. We can’t resist those floppy ears and soulful eyes! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Hi I'm Merlin! I'm a little shy but once you get to know me I'm as sweet as can be. I'm around 6 years old and 45 lbs, and I would do best with a simple, routine life without too much excitement. In fact, I could spend almost all day on the couch with my head on your shoulder. I am vision impaired but once you help me learn where everything is, I do just fine navigating on my own- I'm even crate trained and enjoy having a crate as my "home base". I am perfect with cats and dogs, and would really love a dog friend to help me continue building my confidence. I do need a fenced in yard at my forever home, being on leash is tough for me until I feel super safe and secure. If you're a homebody with a little bit of patience and a gentle soul, I would be the perfect companion for you and I am sure to give you all the love you'll ever need. This little guy was dumped out of a car near my home, & we rescued him with hopes of finding him a suitable forever home. He is VERY friendly/snuggly/playful, but extremely scared & shy at first. He exhibited behaviors that made me believe he was abused in his previous home, & he is scared of new people. He does not act aggressively whatsoever, he'll just hide under something and bark at you until he feels comfortable. For the first week he would only hang out with my son, & then he eventually learned to trust me & now he won't leave my side. He is missing several teeth on his lower jaw that the vet said likely could have been past trauma. He gets along great with my cats, but will sometimes chase them. He has a habit of getting into the trash can, but we've been working with him to stop that. He is still learning how to ask to go out to the restroom, but will use a puppy pad whenever he does go inside. He needs someone with lots of love & patience. Approx. 3-4yrs old.
