Story
Meet Callie, a darling beagle mix who just turned two while riding the transport from Bowling Green, Kentucky to her foster family's home in Doylestown. She is a beautiful golden color with a darker muzzle and soulful eyes. The first word that pops into her foster family's mind when describing Callie is DELIGHTFUL! But so many other words fit: adorable, enjoyable, comforting. After her foster Mom's procedure at the hospital, Callie spent the entire afternoon sitting on her lap--she seemed to know some cuddling would be appreciated. Callie weighs 35 pounds, is crate-trained, is putting the final touches on her house-training,is micro-chipped, spayed, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. Callie loves her walks and gets along great with the resident dogs in her foster home, but she would be fine as a solo dog, too. Watching her pull toys from the bin is such a hoot--it is funny to see a dog her size grab the biggest toys she can find. So if you are ready to smile, think about adding Callie to your family circle.
