MEET BOSLEY! Bosley is a wonderful Beagle/Corgi blend that was hit by a car and injured. Someone brought him to the Fort Worth shelter and he was put on the last call list and was going to be euthanized. We saw the video of a very sweet boy whose hours were numbered if we didn't step up! We had to save his life! He had a pelvic surgery about a year ago and is now TOTALLY HEALED and still looking for a new home! This 4 year old Beagle boy is handsome and a total sweetheart! He weighs 25lbs. He is a little cautious of strangers at first (prefers to run away) but once he feels comfortable with you, he is a friendly boy! (treats can win him over in 5 minutes!). Enjoys his own yard and not a fan of leash walking. He would do best in a calm home without too many new people coming in. He is calm and has such a sweet personality and is house trained and crate trained! He would do best with another dog in the household and someone home more than not. Hello! I’m Sabastion a 4 months old Labrador, Pit bull, Beagle mix. I’m very playful and affectionate. I love attention, long walk, car rides, playing at the park as well as play independently alone with my toys. I’m house as well as kennel trained. I tend to whine very loudly instead of barking and look at the door when I have to relieve myself. I don’t bark in the house unless I need to get my mom’s attention. Like someone is coming, a mealtime has passed, etc.. My mom has to rehome me because she needs to have back surgery soon and she doesn’t have anyone to care for me and she will not be strong enough to keep up with me during hospital, healing time and surgery is not 100% so she wants me in loving hands at all times. I’m a fast learner. I have to be because the world is new and big and I’m inquisitive. I’m easy to teach and train and especially with treats. I do require patience and consistency because I can get off track at times but just call my name and clap to redirect me.

Bagel is a sweet around 7 month old beagle/heeler mix. He’s beautiful with a white body with brown/tan spots and speckles. In most pictures he has his sweater on because it was cold out. He’s great with other dogs and kids. He just loves people and to be pet/snuggled. Though he does have a lot of energy also! He needs a little bit of training but has so much potential. He is crate trained but on occasion has an accident. He was raised for awhile inside but has been outside for two months now. We rescued him knowing we might not be able to keep him forever but we couldn’t leave him in the situation he was in. We move back to our home in Alaska soon and just cannot take him with us. He’s so sweet and deserves a loving home and we hope he finds it. We want him to live a happy life. If you adopt him you will get his crate, bowl, sweater and everything else we’ve bought for him.

With time, care, vetting, and lots of love in his foster home, he’s blossomed into a confident, happy pup who now proudly rules the roost. Dusty is 6 years old, weighs 28 pounds, and is the perfect cuddle size. He adores chasing squirrels in the backyard and absolutely lives for his walks. He’ll track, sniff, and give you a classic beagle howl or two — he takes his job seriously! He’s friendly with everyone he meets and gets along wonderfully with the other dogs in his foster home, but can get a bit excited or reactive when seeing them on walks. Dusty would love to find a family with kids or playmates to keep him busy and entertained. While he enjoys running and playing outside, Dusty is calm, gentle, and well-behaved indoors. He’s fully potty trained and trustworthy to roam freely in the house when you’re away. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate beagle buddy — Dusty is ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and a few joyful howls. We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention. All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
