Story
Meet Lola, a gentle soul with a heart of gold. At just two years old, this Belgian Malinois embodies a unique blend of sweetness and sensitivity. Lola`s journey has been marked by moments of uncertainty, as she navigates the world with a cautious spirit. With a history of wariness around new faces and furry friends alike, Lola seeks a patient and understanding family who can provide her with the love and support she needs to blossom. She is best suited for a home with kids who are at least 12. She has lived with another dog, but is worried around new pups, and may need a slow introduction to any new doggy friends. If you`re ready to open your heart to this gentle spirit, Lola promises to fill your days with quiet companionship and unconditional love. What I Need In a Home:* Kids 12+ mandatory

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. AdoptaGSD.org   Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Hi, my name is Ribbit, and I am an adorable male Malidoodle (Malinois/Golden Doodle mix) with an approximate DOB of March 2023. I was transferred to FRGSR, along with my brother Chips, from a shelter where we arrived after our former owner dumped us. We are settling in at a foster home that we share with other dogs and we're having a blast! I'm more independent than my brother. I love meeting new people and other dogs. So far, we've done well with the cats and we don't go bonkers over the nearby penned chickens. I'm looking for an adopter who will continue with my socialization and training while providing me with a good dose of daily exercise. My adoption fee is $350.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Although we do our best to keep our adoptable animals page as current as possible, the animals you see may already be in an adoption process.   April 30, 2024, 11:04 pm

AdoptaGSD.org   Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Hi, my name is Arkansas, and I'm a beautiful six month old Malinois who was transferred from a shelter where I was surrendered by my former owners because I was too much for them to handle. I've been living in a foster home with some other GSDs and my foster mom says I can get over-stimulated with smaller dogs. I've done well with the adult GSDs, but I do play roughly with them. I've been evaluated by a former MWD handler who thinks I have awesome working dog potential! I need a Malinois-experienced adopter who will provide me with the mental and physical stimulation that my breed requires. I am very people friendly! I do still need work on house training and leash work. If you are interested, please go to adoptagsd.org and submit an online application. My adoption fee is $550.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Hi, my name is Alfie, and I'm a handsome nine month old male Malinois puppy who was transferred to FRGSR, along with my littermates, from a shelter that was tight on space. The shelter setting was overwhelming for all of us and although we were friendly with staff, we didn't want to come out of our kennels. Since coming to FRGSR, we are currently living in a boarding kennel until a foster spot opens up. The kennel staff and volunteers are doting on us, and wee're enjoying all of the attention we're getting. We're all going to need obedience training and leash work. The attached pictures ae from the shelter and we all look so much alike that it's tough to tell us apart. More info to come as we settle in. If you are interested, please go to adoptagsd.org and submit an online application. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life. Hi my name is Fawn, and I'm a beautiful nine month old female Malinois puppy who was transferred to FRGSR, along with my littermates, from a shelter that was tight on space. The shelter setting was overwhelming for all of us and although we were friendly with staff, we didn't want to come out of our kennels. Since coming to FRGSR, we are currently living in a boarding kennel until a foster spot opens up. The kennel staff and volunteers are doting on us and we're enjoying all of the attention we're getting. We're all going to need obedience training and leash work. I recently attended a meet and greet event, and I had lots of fun meeting new people and playing with the other rescue dogs. I don't have a typical Malinis high drive personality. I have more of a quieter personality. If you are interested, please submit an online application at adoptagsd.org. My adoption fee is $450. Update: I've been living in a foster home and my foster mom says I have some fear issues, but I do have lots of Malinois energy. I'm hoping to find a Malinois experienced applicant who can build my confidence and meet my mental and physical stimulation needs. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
