Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Transferred from Skiatook Paws and Claws in Oklahoma at four months old, fixed, UTD on vaccines. *Casey had a series of cluster seizures in foster that resulted in her initially being pulled for medical evaluation. After visits to the ER and a neurologist, she has been diagnosed with an ongoing seizure disorder that requires strict medication administration every 12 hours. It is possible with medication that she will still have breakthrough seizures and potential adopters need to be prepared for more medical needs and financial commitments than the average puppy.* *Casey would probably be most successful in a home that didn't have kids under 10 or so; while she's overall fairly mellow, she does like to puppy play and is still using her mouth when she does, so she would be a lot for very small children at the moment.* From the foster: Meet Casey! Looking for an easygoing, affectionate pup who would love nothing more than to be your little shadow? Meet Casey! This sweet girl is an absolute delight to have around. Casey has a wonderfully easygoing personality and loves being wherever her people are. Whether she’s quietly snoozing at your feet or curled up beside you on the couch, Casey is happiest when she’s part of the action. Of course, she also has a playful side! Casey enjoys romping around with her young foster dog sibling, although she can get a little too excited after a while. Luckily, she’s learning that sometimes the best thing to do is take a break and recharge. She responds beautifully when encouraged to settle down for some quiet time. Casey is still working through a little puppy nibbling, but she’s a smart girl and responds well to a “no nibble” reminder or being redirected to an appropriate chew toy. She’s also doing a fantastic job learning her puppy manners. Casey comes when called and knows "sit" and "down", and she’s currently working on "place" and "shake". At bedtime, Casey is a superstar! She sleeps through the night in her kennel and lets you know when she needs to head outside. She isn’t completely house trained yet, but with regular trips outside, she is making great progress. **Walks? YES, PLEASE!** 🐕 Casey absolutely loves going for walks and is a dream on leash. She walks politely alongside her foster parent on a loose leash and occasionally pauses to investigate something interesting before happily continuing along. Casey does have a medical need that her forever family will need to be prepared for. She has a history of seizures, which are currently well controlled with medication given twice a day. She will need to remain on this medication for the rest of her life. While giving medication twice a day may require a little extra commitment, Casey has plenty of love to give in return—and we think she’s worth every bit of it! Casey’s perfect family will be a calm household that is committed to her ongoing medical care and enjoys getting out for walks and adventures. A mature, calm canine sibling could be a wonderful match for her, but Casey would also be perfectly happy being your one-and-only pup. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing girl who wants to follow you around, snuggle beside you, go for walks, and be your devoted companion, Casey may just be your girl! ❤️ www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
0726032 -   Hello! It’s cutie pie Sully here, and I’m ready to find my forever home. Could you be the person—or family—I’ve been waiting my whole life to love? When I was abandoned as a puppy, I didn’t know what my future would look like, but I’ve always hoped for someone who would help me learn, grow, and become the best boy I can be. I’m a quick learner (my foster parents will happily confirm that!), but I’m still working on my puppy manners and would love someone patient and kind to guide me. I absolutely adore being around my humans. I love pets, enjoy going on walks, and sleep very well in my crate—as long as you’re in the room with me. I get lonely at night and feel safest when I know you’re close. I’m great with the doggie door, and I’m learning not to mark in the house. I’ve already made huge progress in just a week, so I know I’ll master it soon. As you can see from my photos, I’m a playful guy. I love toys, zooming around the yard, and playing with my foster siblings. I currently live with a bossy chihuahua, a shy shepherd mix, and a very boring pit bull mix—and I get along with all of them! I also love people, including kids, and I’ve been friendly with everyone who has visited my foster home. I’m a total love bug who just wants attention, affection, and a family to call my own. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, affectionate pup who’s eager to learn and even more eager to love, I’d be thrilled to meet you.  Fill out an application at www.SloppyKisses.org/adoptions! ##2811556##

Story
Meet Bottle Rocket Bottle Rocket came all the way from New Mexico, and he’s ready to blast off into his forever home! This sweet cattle dog mix may be named after something explosive, but his personality is wonderfully calm and gentle. He loves snuggling up with his people, relaxing in your arms, and soaking up affection. When playtime rolls around, he enjoys wrestling with his brother before settling back down for another cuddle. Bottle Rocket is a smart little guy who is doing well using potty pads and is continuing to work on his potty training. He is also very respectful of the older dogs in his foster home and seems to understand when they want their space. He’s not burning out his fuse up here alone—he’s patiently waiting to find the family who will love him to the moon and back. If you’re looking for a calm, clever, affectionate puppy who is equal parts playful and cuddly, Bottle Rocket may be the little “Rocket Man” for you.  Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2795244##

Story
Popper is the kind of puppy who makes you stop and think, “Oh, this girl is going to be something special.” At 3 months old, Popper is growing into one seriously smart, driven, and determined little dog. She is incredibly intelligent, highly motivated by food and praise, and always ready to learn something new. She’s nailing her potty training, amazing in her crate, learning the ways of the leash and outside adventures, and absolutely killing it with her basic obedience. She learns fast and genuinely loves having something to do. Popper is going to be an incredible Colorado adventure dog for the right person. Hiking, exploring, agility, training, working together, learning new skills... she wants in. Honestly, she creates her own agility courses half the time. Give her a toy, a challenge, or something new to figure out and she is one happy girl. She enjoys other dogs and loves to play, with a big personality and plenty of confidence. She is also a toy lover, an enthusiastic little athlete, and still very much a puppy who thinks the world is hers to explore. Popper is looking for someone who will appreciate her brain and her drive and give her the kind of life where she can use both. She has so much potential, and watching her figure things out is pretty incredible. She may have started out as a little firecracker, but Popper is growing into someone really special. Adventures await, and she is ready to find her person to take them on with her. Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2795240##
