What we know: Two puppies transferred from the Animal Services Center of Mesilla Valley after the finder discovered four puppies running loose on their property. The puppies were reported to be friendly but scared, and were noted to be very thin and extremely hungry at the time they were found. The finder brought all four puppies to the shelter. Of the four, CPR transferred two; one was held by the shelter for medical treatment and another was adopted through the shelter.
