Story
This is Levi! He between two and three years old and has lots of energy. When he’s not relaxing he loves to play ball and run. My family got him from my brother a few months back. We wanted him to be an outdoor dog but he really should be inside with a family. We hope to find someone who has the time and energy to spend with him.

He is very active, loves his belly rubs and all the attention he can get. Pare' will do best in a home with another dog to help him acclimate. If you are interested in Pare', please include your phone number and we will call with more information on Pare' and our adoption process. July 2, 2024, 9:30 pm

♥&#239&#184&#143 Welcome Carrie and Miranda to SAAP! ♥&#239&#184&#143   These adorable girls are possible lab/border collie mixes. Little Carrie is only 6.4 lbs, while her roly-poly sister, Miranda, is 8 lbs. My guess is they will be med/large as adults.   Miranda is soft, fluffy, rambunctious, and silly, while Carrie's fur is sleek and shiny and she is definitely the quieter of the two. She just wants to lay in your lap and snuggle while her sister is busily trying to gnaw your fingers off.   They will give you the whole puppy experience! They will need a family willing to work with them on housebreaking, training, etc, but they are such sweet girls.    They won't be at an adoption event this coming weekend as they are finishing up meds, but you can still apply to #AdoptMiranda or #AdoptCarrie at www.adoptastray.com or reply to your approval email. ♥&#239&#184&#143July 13, 2024, 9:50 am

Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
