WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Sterling - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Looking for a new FBF (furry best friend)? Look no further than Sterling, hey, hey all you fabulous folks out there, that's 'lil' ole me! I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I am very shy at first meet but given some time and patience, I start to come out of my shell and show my sweet loving nature. Me and my siblings were part of an accidental litter. We have not had much socialization and will need a family to introduce us to all the great things in this big ole world. I am that proverbial lump of clay to be molded with gentle hands and kind words into your bestest family member. I am still a baby yet at only 4 months and should probably be around the 50-60lb area when I get myself fully growed up. I am so looking forward to learning...everything! I would love to be your lil sidekick on ALL your adventures. Once I'm comfortable I do great with people even the smaller versions. I also do great with other pups but I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat. If introduced properly at my young age I should do OK with them too. I would probably do best with a mentor 'sibling' to help show me the ropes in being a great family member. I would probably also do best in a home where my person is there a lot to spend extra time with me. I am soooo ready to unleash all this awesomeness (and I know it's in here) on my new family so if you think I could be a perfect fit for your home and lifestyle please just stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application. You can find it at haydudeequine.org These adorable siblings include - Sterling, Hollywood, Dallas and Dakota

Story
Between July 5th-19th, part of my adoption fee is sponsored! Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters campaign, my new family can take me home for $70! Meet Portland! Portland is a 4-year-old, 52-pound Australian Cattle Dog and Border Collie mix with a perfect blend of intelligence, energy, and goofy charm. He loves being part of the action and is happiest when he’s included in his people’s daily activities. Extremely loyal and affectionate, Portland enjoys spending time with his humans—whether that means chasing a frisbee or lounging the day away by your side. He is fully house-trained and sleeps comfortably in his crate at night. His favorite treats include peanut butter-filled Kongs and Whimzees. Portland is looking for a home where he can thrive. He does best in an environment without small children or other dogs, where he can have his own space and feel safe. He may need a little time to warm up to new people, but with patience and consistency, his playful and loving personality shines through. An ideal home for Portland would be one that matches his energy and enthusiasm for life. He would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys playtime, outdoor adventures, and the occasional well-earned nap. If you're looking for a fun-loving and devoted companion, Portland might be your perfect match. He is currently being fostered in the Indianapolis area, and his adoption fee is $275.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Buzz is looking for someone for someone to enjoy life with in a relaxed environment. He loves relaxing, sunbathing and going on walks. He has very good manners and will be a great companion once he warms up to you. He can be anxious meeting new people but he warms up with time. He loves to cuddle and be close to the human he loves. We have had changes at home and unfortunately Buzz doesn’t do well with children. I do not want to limit his space and his quality of life. He deserves a home he can move freely and not have to be anxious around children. Buzz is kenneled trained and goes in the kennel whenever we are not home. Buzz will come with his kennel, bag of dog food, and his bed. Looking for the right home for Buzz as I want him to be comfortable with his transition in a new home.
