Space is a 9 month old medium size dog. She loves other dogs and has done well with cats. Space needs a special adopter that will give her time to realize people aren’t so scary. She has made a TON of progress at her foster home but is still very timid at times. She gets SO excited to see you after work but still only wants to be pet on her own terms. She will do best in a home with no children, another dog to help build her confidence, and her own yard, as she is not leash trained. She is very fearful of the leash, leading us to believe she may have had a traumatic experience involving a leash before coming to HART. This dog absolutely loves to be comfy. All she wants is a comfortable bed or to curl up by your feet on the couch. If you’re looking for a playmate for your dog that does not beg for constant attention or a friend to keep your dog busy while you’re at work, Space could be a great choice for you. I am such a good girl ;) Even my rescuers tell me that! I am not sure why I was left alone in a neighborhood, by myself, all alone ?? I deserved so much better, and I am here to say, "SIEZE THE DAY!!!" Because you just don't know if it is your BEST day ever, UNTIL you SIEZE it and DON'T LET GO!!! And seriously, here I am!! Living in a rescue with friends and love and food and safety :D I am now ready for the best family! You would get the best companion, EVER!! I am loyal, I am loving and I am smart AND I can wear a cute pair of pajamas too! So hurry up and adopt me, so that the rescue peeps can find another dog to rescue after I leave :D Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Oreo Cookies are da BEST cookies ever! And i are one of them :D So you now know all about me ;) Except the creamy center, which may explain why i am in a rescue looking for a furever home.. It isn't my fault ;( I mean, picture this..... there i was, minding my own business... and my mom and dad sit me down to tell me that they are getting a divorce :( And my mom, brother and I will be homeless soon :( :( what do you do??? I was lucky enough to find a rescue that was able to help me be safe and loved. (my mom and brother found a safe place too) So here i am at the rescue, just waiting to be discovered by my real forever family and I have some things to tell you about me.... I am cute, a little chunky and a little silly at times. But i am SERIOUSLY looking for that home. So if you like a chonky diva, I am yours!!! Meet Millie! She’s a four year old ball of energy who is very sweet, good with dogs/cats/kids, and house trained! Millie loves to go for runs and go hiking, we say she’s like a mountain goat haha Millie is always up for an adventure and would fit best with a family who enjoys the outdoors and exploring new places! It would also be great for her to have a backyard to run around in. Although she will try to steal your food, Millie would be the perfect addition to your family! Millie can be timid and skiddish at first, but she quickly warms up to people! She will need someone who is experienced with dogs who have anxiety and she may need your help correcting slight barking.

Story
This is Arri (Noosh, Nooshkies, bar-bar)! he is 4. He is officially a border collie, great pyrenes mix but I think he has some kind of shepherd in him. He loves hiking, our main activity together, even better off leash where possible, great with recall so there is usually no problem. Obsessed with being around/in water and finding rocks (his treasures) to play with! He is very protective, gentle, so smart and very much himself in such a unique way. One of a kind! I'm relocating, an international move that would be hard/almost impossible with him and perhaps not a great transition for him to go through. I really want to find a new home for him with as much or more love and adventure. He is very socialized, amazing with people (has amazing sense and judgment of character, did a lot of solo travel with him and this came in handy) and great with other dogs. Please consider having him if you love the outdoors and want truly the best companion in everything. He is nothing short of Amazing!!!
