Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Mowgli is 5 and a half years old and we have had him since he was a puppy. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to give him the time and attention he deserves. He is a loving, fun and curious dog with plenty of energy. He loves being outside and the water, but also won’t hesitate to cuddle up next to you when in the house. He is house trained and can easily last the day without accidents. He does well with large and small dogs. He does well with children and has watched a two year old grow up from infancy. He was neutered at a young age and is chipped and all vaccinations are up to date (including kennel cough vaccine if you ever need to board him). We also have his genetic testing with a break down of all of the different breeds he has (there are several although he most resembles a larger border collie). He is about 60 pounds. We are heartbroken to have to re home him, but we know there is a family out there he can make very happy.

Maizy is a shortened version or nickname for the Scottish Gaelic name Mairead which means 'Pearl'. Having a pearl brings courage and strengthens the mind along with helping to wake each morning in a positive mood. Yep, I can certainly help with that!!! Just smiles all around with me here to help!!! I am a true sweetheart that is at that perfect age of around 2 years. I love people and get along great with all sizes, especially when I can get me some cuddle time, that's my favoritest time! I also do fabulously with the other foster pups, having a blast getting a good game of chase going. I'm sorry but I do have one down fall and that's cats. I will need to have a home that is cat free! I come in at around the 40lb area making me a pawsome size for any and all of our activities. I'm good with anything from leisurely to action packed!! AND I'm always ready no matter the time! Have you always wanted to have one of those precious gems? Having a real life 'Pearl' by your side is way better then wearing one!! Melody is to music what a scent is to the senses. According to Wikipedia the true goal of music—its proper enterprise—is melody and with your rhythm and lyrics added to my melody we can make beautiful music...together!! I'm around 2 years of age, that perfectly pawsome age where I'm out of the puppy destructive stage but still playfully active and ready for...everything from leisurely strolls to action packed adventures. I'm looking forward to dancing the night (or day is fine too) away to the music we'll be making! I come in at just 54lbs of pure love!! 54lbs of sweetness, 54lbs of doggie adoration, 54lbs of turning you to a pile of goo with my loving puppy dog eyes. What a great size for all our said music making!! I love people and get on well with the other doggies here. I would do good having a playful 'sibling' or getting all the attention as your one and only and I'm also already house trained which makes me a great candidate to become a fantastic family member where we can start making that music together, beautiful!! In a world of fur and joy, there's a Heeler named Brownie, oh so coy, With fur as red as autumn leaves, he's the cleverest of canine thieves. At two, he's full of boundless glee, a furry friend for you and me. Smart as a whip, this Heeler boy, his heart's a treasure, a boundless joy. Attuned to you, his person dear, his love's a bond that's crystal clear. Bestest friend, he aims to be, beside you through eternity. Fetch and roll, and sit and stay, he'll dance and prance, bright as the day. With every bark, a tale he'll weave, of loyalty that won't deceive. He dreams of walks and treats galore, his heart, your love, forevermore. Brownie, the Heeler, red and bright, a canine star, a pure delight. Story
Are you in search of a one-of-a-kind serial kisser? Well, look no further, because I, Mandy, am the dog you've been waiting for! I come with a mix of awesomeness and a charming personality that's sure to steal your heart. I can be delightfully laid-back, enjoying those calm moments, or I can transform into a bouncing ball of joy when the mood strikes. Walks and jogs? Count me in, especially if you're by my side. But here's the thing-I love playing with other dogs so much that I often choose their company over toys. Let's talk sunbathing. If your couch has that perfect spot for catching rays, you can bet I'll be there, soaking it all in. I'm a big fan of lounging, whether it's under tables, during dinner time, while you're working at your desk, or even when you're cuddled up in bed. I'm all about being close to my people, and if you choose to adopt me, I'll be all about you! I'm a sociable girl, getting along well with other dogs and kids (especially with submissive/non-dominant dogs). My crate training and potty training with a doggy door are top-notch. I'm a pro at commands like going to my crate and sitting patiently. Now, about my diet-here's the deal: I have EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency), which means my pancreas doesn't produce the enzymes I need to digest food properly. Thanks to some attentive rescuers and veterinary care, we've got it all figured out. I'll need a specific diet and a pancreatic enzyme replacement supplement to keep me feeling great. Think of it as a special appetizer and entree at every meal. EPI won't slow me down, and I'm ready to trade serial kisses for a loving forever home day in and day out. So, how about it? Story
Mac is a sweet boy who knows what he wants! He does love to chase and play with animals smaller than him. Due to this we suggest that he does not go home to a family that has cats or things like chickens. Squirrels watch out! This little guy can move! Mac is a ham, you can't see it in his pictures but he LOVES attention :) He is good with other dogs and happy to be a friend or he could be an only dog and BASK in the undivided attention :) He is a lazy boy and does enjoy snoozing and spending time on the couch napping but at the same time can have his moments where he is ready to go. He is housebroken and does just fine in a crate! If he sounds like the boy for you then don't wait! Click the link and start filling out that application Local adoption fee $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
