Story
Pixel is an 8 year old petite border collie mix, who will effortlessly melt your heart. She is a bit timid at first, but once she gets comfortable with you she is the sweetest and cuddliest dog you could ever meet. She loves to play “fetch” but does have a bit of a hard time letting go. Pixel is also the queen of tug of war and could play for hours. She’s well mannered, and potty trained. She is reactive to loud or strange noises. She can also be reactive to other dogs when out on walks. She has early stage 2 kidney disease, but the only treatment we do right now for it is a prescription renal support food. Pixel gets along with other dogs, but has behavior issues when it comes to living with them. She’d do best as the only pet in a home with no children, or with children who are older and respectful. One of my favorite things about her is that when she is relaxed her tongue pokes out. She also has the most beautiful eyes.

Story
Camden is a 10 month old German Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix. He is a med/lrg dog, currently 45 lbs. He is in a playgroup at the shelter and loves to play with dog friends. Camden is learning about the world and would like a home that will continue to expose him to new things and people. He is very sweet and tries hard for approval and to be the `good boy`. He has a sensitive temperament, even though sometimes he wants to act tough ( teenagers ??). He loves cuddles and treats and jumps right into the car into his crate. He is very smart and really wants to learn how to be the best pup possible. He has been neutered, is current on vaccinations and has no known medical issues.Adoption fee $250 includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and more.Thank you to Brush Bath and Beyond SLC for getting me cleaned up!

Story
Meet Piper! Piper is a 1 year old Border Collie and Pitbull Terrier mix with a bright mind and lots of youthful energy! She is an active and enthusiastic girl who is still learning to channel her excitement into positive outlets. Piper is still learning how to keep herself busy, and in the past when she gets bored she can get a little creative when rearranging her environment. She will do best with plenty of toys, activities, and outlets for her busy brain. She is new to making dog friends and is excited to keep learning about the world of doghood. When Piper gets happy, her excitement can bubble over into bouncy, wiggly greetings with a little extra enthusiasm, but she is eager to learn and will thrive with positive guidance and consistency. This high energy girl is looking for a home that enjoys playtime, enrichment, and training as bonding experiences. If you're searching for a fun, and energetic companion who will keep you smiling and moving, Piper is ready to jump into life with you!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This is Ily! Which is short for I love you, because we guarantee she does, Ily knows no strangers! This sweet girl is 55 pounds of pure goodness! Ily is for sure an intelligent mixed breed, our best guess is some sort of a cattle dog/border collie mix. She would be a fun girl to get a DNA test for!   As afore mentioned Ily loves EVERYONE! She has yet to meet kids, but would likely be a huge fan. Ily does really well with her foster dog siblings she is usually submissive with them and has great and respectful body language when asking to play. Ily is house broken and crate trained! She quickly figured out the doggy door and is always a good girl about taking herself out to go potty.    Ily’s favorite activities are playing with other dogs, chewing on her toys on a fat fluffy bed, and tossing them around the house so she can pounce on them (as far as we know she has no cat DNA in her bloodline), and getting all the loves.    Ily has been really great at practicing not jumping up when she is struggling to contain her excitement to see you. Ily runs into her crate on command and knows how to sit. Ily loves food and is extremely treat motivated in her training. She is learning the leash and always improving!   Ily has yet to meet a cat but would likely adjust to living with them in the right home. Ily needs love, walks, and good structure in her home and she will flourish. This lady is a delightful companion!   If you’re looking for a special valentine this year then apply to meet Ily @ https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 21, 2026, 1:14 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hey everybody!!! My name is Cu (copper) and I love doing summersaults! I get my name from my coloring and everybody compliments me on it. I’m a male border collie mix and I’m just over a year old (2 months). I weigh just under 50 pounds, but my foster thinks half of that is my long luscious locks. (Does the Fabio head shake...) I am the friendliest pup you’ll meet! I love meeting other dogs and playing with toys. I like to steal my foster sister's toys and play keep away. I also love meeting new humans. And will instantly lean in for petting. I’m crate trained and I’ve learned how to use a doggie door already. I also really like going on walks! I’m still improving my leash etiquette, but I’m super excited to keep learning! I’m very gentle and love getting my belly rubbed, and almost always do a summersault for it! I would love a home with another furry friend to run and play with. And would love going on all the adventures so I can learn and experience the world. Lets get together and go sniff some things!!! Apply to see my summersaults in person at the link below!!!   https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 27, 2026, 6:58 pm
