Story
Raspberry Beret is currently enrolled in the 12-week Puppies 4 Parole program through the Mo Department of Corrections.  She will graduate around May 1st and will be available for adoption at that time.  If you are interested in adopting Raspberry Beret, please complete an application and the foster parent will contact you. Hi! My name is Raspberry Beret! I'm a 2 year old, happy-go-lucky Pitbull mix. My foster Mom tells me I'm a shy but sweet, eager to please girl that loves to PLAY, so I NEED another large active dog in my new home!   I also love playing with toys and chewing on nylabones, but I REALLY love running through the back yard. I get along with my 4-legged foster siblings, and I would do best with a submissive, tolerant male dog that really enjoys playing. I really need a similar size very active dog in the home. Due to my activity level, I'm too much for a smaller dog. I'm a young lady with a LOT of energy to burn and need a back yard in my forever home or a very active person that likes to walk or hike on a regular basis. And I can jump really high so a 6 foot fence would be ideal. I'm also potty trained and after a day of play I do good in my crate at night and actually prefer to sleep in the crate, keeps me out of trouble.    Did I mention that I love to play!?! But what I love most is SNUGGLING (after we've gotten to know each other of course!)!     I would love to become the newest member of a family that will include me in their activities. If you like snuggling after going on new adventures together, fill out an application and my foster Mom will contact you so we can meet! If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Raspberry Beret’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. Story
Looking for a loyal shadow who thinks you are the best thing in the world? Weston is ready to give his whole heart to his person. This sweet boy is the definition of a cuddle bug. Weston will happily melt into you for hugs, rest his head in your lap, and look up at you with the most adoring eyes. Being close to his person is his favorite place to be. Weston’s at the tail end of puppyhood — fully potty trained and proud of it — but he still has that joyful, bouncy energy that makes life more fun. He loves going for walks and is learning to walk nicely on leash. He enjoys romping in the yard, chasing balls with enthusiasm (he’s still working on the “bring it back” part!), and playing with his toys. Weston would thrive as the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the love and attention without having to share his favorite things. What he truly wants is a safe, steady home where he can bond deeply with his person and be someone’s very best friend. If you’re looking for a devoted companion to fill your days with affection and loyalty, Weston is waiting patiently for his forever home.   If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Story
Meet Nash Bridges – Your Snuggle-Approved Best Friend! Looking for a laid-back, affectionate pup who thrives on love? Meet Nash Bridges, a sweet, easygoing 9-year-old dog with a heart as big as his need for snuggles. Great with kids – Loves snuggles and gentle hugs. Loves women – The perfect Netflix and Chill partner. Warms up to men – Just give him a little time and a few treats, and you’ll be best buds. Housebroken & crate trained – A well-mannered gentleman. Chill personality – More into Netflix marathons than actual marathons. Low exercise needs – A short daily walk and he’s good to go. Affection expert – Requires at least a few hugs a day to avoid dramatic sighing and soulful stares. Prefers to be the only dog – He’s all about people and isn’t a fan of sharing the spotlight with other pups. If you’re looking for a sweet, low-maintenance cuddlebug with just a touch of diva energy, Nash is your perfect match! Nash knows basic commands and is crate trained. He's got just enough spunk, but is well past the annoying puppy stage.  He can be left out in the house, or if you have a crate just point and he'll go right in. If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Story
Tucker is a 3-year-old Boxer mix who fully embodies that classic wiggly Boxer charm. He’s well known for his epic zoomies, his undeniable love of treats, and a happy body that seems to be in constant motion. Tucker won’t ever turn down a kiss or a snuggle, and he makes it very clear that affection is one of his favorite things in the world. Playful, goofy, and full of personality, Tucker brings fun wherever he goes. We’re still getting to know him, but so far he’s been nothing but a lovable, energetic boy who’s ready to make someone laugh every single day. 🐾
