Story
Ice is approaching seven years old. He has been with me since he was eight weeks. He’s a very friendly dog. He loves to play. Although he is a large dog, he is very loving . He does not bite and again he loves to play. He is well trained. My son recently went to college and is no longer able to provide him with the proper care. I do not want to send Ice to a shelter. I would feel comfortable if he had a loving home. All of his shots are up-to-date. I am willing to negotiate the adoption fee. I can also provide food.

Story
Jordon is looking for their forever home! WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Meet Jordon, a 50-pound adult dog whose hobbies include playtime, snuggles, and making new canine or people friends. His idea of a perfect day is playing and running around the yard with his foster siblings or you. If he could be in your skin with you, he would. For now, though, he'll settle for a good couch cuddle. His love language is physical touch, aka you picking up and holding all 50 pounds of him. He can be a bit clumsy at times, but that's simply part of his charm. Like the rest of us, Jordan can suffer from a bit of FOMO when he knows his favorite people are in the home, but he's in his crate. When you're away, however, he does much better in the crate, especially if it's sweetened with a bully stick or kong. Jordon would do best with someone who could work with him on his separation anxiety. Jordon does well with other dogs or, in his eyes, other friends. He can sometimes be forgetful of his size and come on strongly, but all he wants to do is play and make friends. He even grew up with three brothers. He can be hesitant at first with people, but he warms up quickly and just wants to cuddle and/or play. Because of his size and lack of awareness of such, he would do best in a home with bigger children. If you want a constant cuddle bug or a friend to all, apply for Jordon today! -------------- Laila's Legacy Animal Rescue does not guarantee that any dog is housebroken nor crate trained. Stella is looking for their forever home! Thanks to an incredible donor, Stella's adoption fee is waived for her forever home! Please ask your Adoption Counselor for more information! WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Stella is one of the most low maintenance fosters I've ever had the pleasure of helping find a forever home. From being a shy, scared, and timid girl to being confident, secure, and well-mannered, Stella has grown so much in the 2+ years I've known her; although the vacuum cleaner is still enemy #1. Stella has lived in all types of settings: in a busy city, in an apartment, on a quiet street, with dogs, with reactive dogs, and easily adapted to her home environment. She is crate trained and LOVES having a bed in her crate to curl up into a donut while you're at work. She knows every basic command like sit, down, touch, stay and is fully potty trained. Stella's favorite toy is a lambie, or something else that is tiny that she can carry around in her mouth. Once, she took care of an egg for 6 hours before it broke, she's the most gentle creature. Stella is made of love and French fries. There's nothing more that she wants than to be inside with her people, cuddled up on the couch with a show, or playing sous chef in a calm kitchen. She takes awhile to warm up to her people, but with some french fires (her favorite is Burger King), some space, and a bit of patience, she'll love you unconditionally and will likely knock you over from wagging her tail and wiggling so hard with excitement every time she sees you. Although Stella is a perfect girl in the home, on leash, and with other dogs, she is scared of human strangers, especially masculine presenting people, and will need a strong advocate to help keep her safe. If you're looking for a great addition to your calm and cozy life with unconditional love to give, Stella is the gal for you. Stella would do best living with queer folks, a home without cis-gendered men, without cats, and without small children. ATTRIBUTES: Stella has lived in foster with other dogs, but can not go to a home with kids, cats, or cis-gendered men. -------------- Laila's Legacy Animal Rescue does not guarantee that any dog is housebroken nor crate trained. Story
To help Vela find her forever home, her adoption fee has been reduced! House trained: Yes Energy level: Medium Noise level: Barks occasionally My foster guardian says: My favorite thing about Vela is how enthusiastic she is! She will literally jump into doing her tricks when she hears the command! Likes: Riding in the car, going for hikes, playing with toys, taking naps Hi Im Vela! My foster family describes me as cuddly, fun, and good natured. What a glowing review, right?? They also say Im friendly with all humans, and super smart! When Im in the right environment, Im the perfect example of a house hippo, with my big head, happy tail, and penchant for snacks and couch time. Ill do best in an environment where I can chill, and dont have to worry about the overstimulating sights and sounds of city life. I also need to be the only dog in the house, because I like to keep my people for myself, and all the attention on me. I do really well with supervised play, and at doggy daycare, but having full-time doggy siblings isnt for me! Now, lets go back to talking about how smart I am! My favorite topic! Im a start student, and Ive even completed a professional training program! I love to learn, and Im looking for a family that will enjoy training and helping me keep my skills fresh. Im very eager to please, and I love practicing tricks and commands. I know a ton already, including sit, stay, down, off, come, touch, leave it crate, and place. I also love puzzle toys and brain games like snuffle mats and frozen kongs. When Im not lounging at the house, or being a training superstar, I like to go on adventures! Im the perfect errand buddy, because I love riding in the car, and Ill happily sit up front and keep the driver company! I know Im supposed to stay in the back, but it would be rude to not greet my chauffeur when they come back to the car after a stop, right?? When the day calls for a non-dog friendly trip, Im okay with staying home alone! Ill guard the house from squirrels while my people are out, and be ready with the report once they get home. Im very good in my crate during the day and overnight. If youre looking for a super people-friendly, smarty-pants pup, I might be the girl for you! I cant wait to find my forever family, go on all the adventures, share all the snacks, and give all my love to them! If you think we might be a match, apply to adopt me today! Story
Hi, Im David! Im known for my sweet, friendly personality. I love being around people and have a gentle, easygoing nature that makes me a great companion. Whether Im showing off a few playful antics to make you laugh or curling up next to you for some quiet cuddle time, Im happiest being with my people, giving love! I'm a pretty laid back guy, though I'm still adjusting to life in the city. There are a lot of big noises here that can be scary for a pup used to country life. My foster family says that I'm gaining confidence everyday, and that even for being nervous outside, I'm pretty good on leash! Ive done well with the other dogs Ive met here, so I may enjoy having a canine friend, or I could be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention myself. If youre looking for a sweet, affectionate, and easygoing buddy who will bring both fun and comfort into your life, I might just be your perfect match. I cannot wait to find a forever home where I can share all the love I've got to give. Story
*Woof* I`m in a foster home! Email my foster caregiver to meet me: mimiinjordan@yahoo.comBuella is amazing and affectionate and doing so well in her foster home. During a previous weekend foster stay, her foster shared that she`s an incredible pup. She`s potty trained and has a huge love for cuddles. She’s smart, learns quickly, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She was friendly with all the adults and children she met and will happily curl herself up in a free lap at every opportunity. She’s great about giving things back, isn’t possessive, and has no issues with food guarding. She has this adorable way of turning her head to really listen to what we`re saying! She`s so smart. Buella is attentive, loving, precious and super gorgeous. Buella is almost 60 pounds, and she`s pure love.A volunteer recently shared this: `She is such a sweet love who is friends with everyone and wants to give hugs to every person she passes.` If you love the big doggies with darling smiles, and one`s that will listen to all your problems (and maybe fix one or two!), then you must take home Buella today. She is a DOLL!

Story
BJ was given to us when he was less than 1 week old. He is now 2. We have had some enjoyable time with him, but with our schedules and other interest, he is a bit much. He requires a lot of attention that no one here is willing and able to provide. He is a spunky pet and an avid protector. Its a little tough to let him go and this is more for him than it is for us. He deserves a better home than what we can provide at this time.

If you're looking for the ultimate sidekick, Redz is your guy. This sweet, easygoing pup has one of the happiest dispositions of any dog you'll ever meet. Most of all, he's content wherever his people are--whether that's on a walk, a hike, a trip to the beach, or curled up next to you on the couch. Redz is wonderful on leash, enjoys car rides, loves the water, gets along beautifully with other dogs, takes treats as gently as can be and has been an absolute dream for his foster mom. He's also very easy to train and knows sit, stay, down and shake. He's the kind of companion who happily trots along by your side and makes every day a little brighter. If you're looking for a loyal best friend to share life's adventures, both big and small, Redz is ready to meet you.
