Story
I`m in a foster home! To adopt me, email my foster parent at mistip1@umbc.edu.Sweetheart Tigris is a wonderful gal in search of a new home. She was adopted from us a while back, but her owner is being deployed and she’s here waiting so patiently for a new family to call her own. Tigris is a lovely and delightful pup who enjoys long walks and gentle pettings. Tigris also has some fun energy too. She is eager to engage and be a part of the fun. And treats! Well, she really likes them and is always eager to earn a treat. Tigris does have a food allergy, but she does very well on a Wegman’s Salmon Food and grain free dry food. So, no poultry or lamb for this precious doggie. Tigris is fast becoming a volunteer favorite, and they share, `Tigris loves fetch. She knows sit. She’s very affectionate (she likes to sit on laps even though she’s a big dog). She likes to sit in the yard in the sun and watch people. 10/10- good girl!` Can you give this very good girl the new life she so wants and deserves? Meet this beauty today!

Personality: playful, snuggler, affectionate, gentle, respectful, loyal, low-maintenance, sweet, trusting, joyful, adaptable, and goofy/funny. Presenting Calzone, an incredibly loving pup who is the perfect blend of puppy joy and senior calm. This fun, goofy, and gentle soul makes companionship feel effortless. With his expressive eyes and affectionate nature, cuddly Calzone has a special way of making you feel like the most loved person in the room. This adaptable boy is low-maintenance and very emotionally intuitive. He’s playful when it’s time to have fun, but knows how to chill and comfort you, too. Whether you’re taking a nap or a stroll, Calzone is just happy to be by your side. And he’s always eager to warmly greet guests and soak up gentle pets! If you need to leave him alone, he’s trustworthy and patient, often opting to nap uncrated until you return to receive his affectionate greeting. He’s making good progress with house training, too. While Calzone is still learning to be around other dogs and would do best as the only pup, he’s very respectful and gentle with smaller animals, including cats, rodents, and even the occasional rooster! Ready to welcome a devoted, snuggly companion into your life? Apply today to meet Calzone! Calzone was rescued from the euthanasia list in rural North Carolina. He is sponsored in Pizza’s memory, with the hope that Calzon’s new human experiences the same bond and love that Pizza and Lloyd shared. ___________________________________________________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. Story
Personality: adventurous, calm, trustworthy, goofy/funny, snuggler, loyal, eager-to-please, and adaptable. This super snuggler will happily accept all the cuddles and pets you have to offer! Eden loves to take in her surroundings while on walks, looking out car windows, or even playing a game of fetch, but has no issues switching gears to curl up for quiet time as soon as her human says so. Easy going and calm, Eden is fazed by very little and is incredibly clever! She already knows the words “sit” and “paw” and is currently working on the word “down.” She is also house trained and crate trained. Eden can be choosy about her dog friends and would do best as the only dog in the home. If you love walks in gardens, snuggles, and a good game of fetch on a lazy sunny afternoon, apply today to meet Eden! Male, one year old, 42 lbs Personality: playful, rambunctious, energetic, mischievous, and smart. Brooklyn is always the life of the party! This friendly pup has never met a person he doesn't like and will eagerly introduce himself to all of your guests.
