With her sleek black coat, floppy ears, and big soulful brown eyes, she’s the kind of pup that turns heads everywhere she goes. Emma has such a soft, gentle presence, and there’s something about the way she gazes up at you that feels like pure love and devotion. She’s the kind of dog who makes you smile without even trying. Emma is incredibly sweet, gentle, loving, and affectionate. She’s the perfect companion for little adventurers or anyone looking for a fun hiking buddy. She’s very social and does wonderfully with kids and other dogs, and she would thrive in a home with another canine friend to play and snuggle with. A feline-free home would be best for her, as her instincts may lead her to chase cats. She is crate trained, doing fantastic with house training, and eager to please her people. Introducing Captain 🐾😍 Captain is a 3 month old Bulldog mix with the sweetest, most endearing personality. With his soft puppy features, soulful eyes, and gentle expression, he has a way of quietly stealing your heart, and you can tell right away he’s a sensitive, gentle pup. He may be shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he forms a beautiful bond that makes every bit of patience worth it. As Captain warms up, his playful side peeks through in the most adorable ways. He does tiny happy hops when he’s excited, gives the cutest wiggles when you talk to him, and his foster swears he’s been smiling since day one. He absolutely adores his toys and lights up when it’s time to play, showing just how joyful and silly he can be. When playtime winds down, Captain reveals his cuddle-bug side. He loves to snuggle close and enjoy quiet moments together. He does well with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a wonderful fit for a variety of loving homes. Captain is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for a loving home that will shower him with the love he deserves. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. Meet Demi! This 3-year-old Boxer mix is as lovable as they come. With her soft eyes, big smile, and constantly wagging tail, she’ll have you wrapped around her paw in no time. Demi is what we like to call “extra huggable” (yes, a little chunky- currently built more like a sausage than a supermodel), but that just means more to cuddle! She’s recently started a new diet, so she’s officially on her “health kick” journey—though if you ask her, she’d still prefer pizza over Pilates. Demi’s personality is just as wonderful as her looks. She’s sweet, silly, and has a way of making everyone laugh. She gets the zoomies like a puppy, does a little dance when she’s happy, and soaks up attention like it’s her job. I like leash walks, especially in calm and quiet spaces where we can spend some quality time together without the crowds. But, I may get distracted by all of the wonderful smells because I really do need to put my nose on everything to explore the wonders of the world. Not only am I curious, I am up for a challenge! I like to run across streams, jump on logs, and hike the trails. I have lots of energy so will be sure to help keep up with your exercise plan. I even like to get in a jog from time to time. And, not to brag, but I am pretty smart. But, for the sake of all those delicious treats, I will pretend that it takes me time to master new tricks and skills. One more thing to tell you. This handsome boy is a delightful walking buddy. He’s great on leash—traffic, bikes, and runners are no problem—and loves a good sniff-filled stroll. He may let out a little excited whine when he wants to meet another dog pal, but he redirects quickly with tasty treats, which he takes ever so gently, and walks on like the good boy he is. Bufford is friendly, agreeable, and eager to please.
