Amanda is happiest when she's with her favorite people! Her tail is almost always wagging, whether she's just woken up, heading out for a walk, or simply hearing her name. She adores cuddles, loves being close to the people she loves most, and would happily spend hours curled up beside you, soaking up pets.
This precious lady enjoys strolling around the neighborhood, taking her time to sniff before heading home for a well-earned nap on the couch. Amanda is house trained and crate trained, and her foster trusts her to have free roam of the house when left alone, where she happily spends her time snoozing. When you walk back through the door, Amanda greets you like it's the best part of her day!
A smart girl, Amanda already knows the words "sit," "stay," "down," "paw," and "come,” welcoming a tasty treat every time. She loves stuffed Kongs and other food puzzles that keep her mind busy, and she has wonderful house manners, sticking to her toys instead of chewing on things she shouldn't.
Amanda is friendly with people and greets both familiar faces and new visitors with a wagging tail. She's continuing to build her confidence around other dogs with slow introductions.
If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who's just as happy exploring the neighborhood as she is snuggled up on the couch, apply today to meet Amanda!
