Story
Stormi is a lovely companion, very affectionate and fond of cuddles. She was born in 2020, enjoys sun bathing, napping, and being playful. I was given the responsibility of this silly girl once my sister became pregnant. Now that my nephew is here he is, unfortunately, allergic to cats. In order to have him over more often, I have made the very hard decision to no longer be a cat mom. Stormi is great with children and other cats. She really just wants to love and be loved, as well as cuddle you while you cuddle her. She is extremely playful, which brings so much joy and laughter into the home. Her intelligence seems other worldly, she is so in tune and observant of her surroundings. Stormi would be a complimentary addition to any family or the perfect companion for anyone living alone. I am not asking for any monetary gain; I'm only hoping for a loving and healthy home. I am willing to include an automatic feeder and water fountain, since I will no longer require use of them.

Story
Donna & Marie were rescued after someone passed away. We were called in to help with cats that were left behind. We found the girls living together in a yard kennel, a shed-type fenced in. They were vetted and well fed, but living a no-frills life in captivity. They depended on each other for companionship and a sense of security. They were not afraid of people, but had seemingly been awhile since anyone interacted with them. We took them into foster where it took some time to gain their trust and build their confidence. They just huddled together under their blankets when someone entered their room. On camera, we could see them emerge when they were alone. We gave them the time they needed to decompress, then we began the process of rehabbing them socially. Their foster has spoiled them with good food and treats, catnip, more toys then they've ever seen, comfy cat beds and window seats. Learning all these things are for them to enjoy, has opened a whole new world that they have embraced. They have warmed up to people and enjoy playtime, petting and brushing. They still get nervous at times and will need a calm, quiet environment with someone who is patient and can continue to build up their self esteem. They are very sweet girls who never knew their worth, but will be a true blessing as loyal companions. Donna is the gorgeous gray tabby with the most amazing crystal green eyes. Marie is the beautiful calico of rich colors, she only has half a tail for reason unknown. They are fixed and fully vetted, well mannered, litter box trained. We are uncertain of their age, adults estimated possibly 5+ years old.

Story
Kitty and Cat are the very best of friends. They are two beautiful, gentle souls who have shared their lives in perfect harmony. They play together, nap side by side, and show their deep affection for one another and their people every single day. These affectionate girls are currently facing a heartbreaking change. Their beloved owner has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and has only a few short months left. Her deepest wish is to find a safe, quiet, and loving home where her precious girls can continue to be cherished. MI Kitty is a devoted companion. Once she bonds with you, she’ll follow you from room to room, always wanting to be involved in whatever you’re doing. She’s a chatty girl who loves to talk and will bump her head against yours for kisses. On cool nights, she’ll curl up on your chest for warmth and love. Her favorite pastimes include chasing her feather wand toy and sipping water in the most endearing way, by delicately dipping her paw into her water bowl. Cat is a calm and affectionate beauty with a stunning calico coat. She seeks out gentle affection, softly rubbing against you to say hello. She enjoys lounging by her people, playing with toys, and keeping an eye on the household from her favorite perch on the cat tree. Cat especially loves watching "Cat TV" on YouTube. Chirping birds and swimming goldfish are her favorites! Kitty and Cat are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They will thrive in a quiet, loving home where they can continue to share their days with kind hearted humans who will honor the love they had with their original owner. If you have space in your heart and home for these two sweet girls, you won’t just be giving them a safe place, you’ll be fulfilling a final wish made out of pure love. Story
Hi there! I’m Kit Kat, your soon-to-be favorite cuddle buddy. Let me tell you a little about myself: I’m a year and a half old, rescued from a colony in Detroit, and my look is on point—I’m a torbie beauty with orange, brown, and white fur and the dreamiest light green eyes. I’m the total package: affectionate, loving, and—shhh—just a teensy bit quiet…except when I get excited, then I trill and chirp like a little songbird! Don’t let my calm demeanor fool you, though. I still love to play! Wand toys are my jam, and I’ve got a soft spot for catnip (I mean, who doesn’t?). After a little romp, I’m all about the cozy vibes. Sunbathing in a warm window, napping in a comfy spot, and soaking up some quality lap time—yes, please! I’ll happily curl up on you while you lounge, read a book, or even work from home. I’m all about that personal VIP service. I’ll be honest: I’m a bit shy at first with new people, but give me a little bit of time and you’ll see just how much I adore being close to my human. Once I know you, I’ll greet you with purrs, gentle head nudges, and the occasional belly-rub invitation. I love being held and carried around—it’s like my own personal human elevator! As for roommates, I do get along with other kitties but I think I really prefer to be your one-and-only kitty superstar. Dogs or very young kids might be a bit too much for me, but older, calm, and gentle kiddos could be fine. I’m looking for a peaceful, quiet home where I can watch birds from the window and occasionally perch up high to keep an eye on my surroundings. If you’re ready for a loyal, lovable companion who will warm your lap, charm you with trills, and fill your home with cozy purrs, then I think we’re meant to be. Give me a chance, and I’ll show you just how sweet life can be when you share it with me, Kit Kat! Fill out an application to meet this sweet girl : https://form.jotform.com/242015163806045 Kit Kat is 1-2 years old. Her adoption fee is $150. The adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV testing, microchip and basic wellness care such as deworming & flea treatment.

Mercedes is a kitten who is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Now she just needs a furever home where she can be cherished. This baby girl is very affectionate, she likes to be near you, curls up next to you or on your lap, and purrs and makes biscuits❣️ She also loves to play with toys, she’s still a kitten, and she runs and plays, and she loves to chase a toy if you toss it for her. Such a lovely personality isn’t found in every cat, but this girl is quite engaging! You can meet her in Westland by filling out the preliminary application on our website adoptions page: https://savingcatskittens.wixsite.com/savingcats-kittensmi/adoptions

Story
Mr. Chocolate Short Hair Black Neutered Male Estimated Birthdate: 10/2/2022 Meet handsome Mr. Chocolate! He is the sweetest boy when he is around those he knows and especially when given food. He lived outdoors and was territorial. He loves his sisters, Bruna and Sprinty. He is elusive inside since he has been indoors as he is still adapting his new surroundings, but to whomever takes him, he will be the greatest companion. Although friendly with his sisters, he does not like other animals. He is used to being the boss and getting his way. Mr Chocolate would do well with older, cat-savvy children. Mr. Chocolate is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. His adoption fee is $125 or $200 as a pair with one of his sisters. Story
Dan Short Hair Brown Tabby Neutered Male Estimated Birthdate: 1/30/2020 Meet Dan (named after the two head coaches of the Lions-Commanders football game that he was rescue during). This handsome fellow was trapped with a plan of TNR, but immediately showed his desire to be an indoor companion. Dan has absolutely loved the indoor life with his foster family! He has discovered beds and pillows and even has a favorite child size, fleece blanket that he loves to sleep on. He has made clear through affection that he wants to find his indoor forever home and be the center of your universe. Dan is a very social cat that loves having people around, even talking when we leave the room, expressing his desire for his people to return. He is full of purrs and very happy to be off the streets. The vet estimated Dan to be 3-5 years old and weighs 16 lbs, all the more to cuddle with. He is easy to handle and does fine with being carried around. Dan is a great companion cat. He is happiest when people are in the room with him. He will sit next to you for as long as you will continue petting him. He does not like when you reach over his face to pet him, but loves when you do so from behind. Cheek scratches are very much a favorite thing of his. Overall, he is a very mellow cat, his foster family has adults with college-aged children. He has had visits with young children and they understood not to reach over him, but he does seem to prefer calm and slower movements of adults. Dan will do anything for a Churu, even sit like the bestest boy and let you trim his nails while he licks away at his delicious treat. His foster family has never seen a cat that so easily allows his nails to be trimmed. Dan would like to be the center of your universe and would prefer not to be with other cats. He never had a problem with his foster family’s cats when they saw each other through the doorway, but they were kept separate and did not interact. He has not had exposure to dogs, but based on his personality, he is the type of guy that just might make friends with a big dog that wanted to be his friend. Dan is neutered, has age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV, and treated for parasites. He is FIV positive. His adoption fee is $125. Bruna Short Hair Grey Spayed Female Estimated Birthdate: 10/2/2022 Meet retired mom cat Bruna! She is a very sweet, but shy girl. She is young, but has already experienced a lot of life, including being mom. She is very shy until it comes to breakfast and dinner. She seems to be the happiest when relaxing on her cat tree or eating, and not to mention she loves to be with her sibling, Mr. Chocolate who is also available for adoption. They would love to be together in their furever home. Bruna would do well with older, cat-savvy children and other mellow pets with proper introductions. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines. Bruna is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites.
