These lovely calico sisters are Angel & Stormy. Stormy was a young mother who came with 3 newborn kitten and her sister. She was a wonderful mom to her kittens, but was afraid of people. After the kittens were adopted, Stormy bonded with her sister Angel. Angel was also leary of people, but a bit more trusting. Their foster began the patient process of socializing them. They've progressed tremendously but have a ways to go. Angel has discovered that she loves to be pet and purrs loud like a motor to let us know she is happy. Stormy likes to play, but still keeps a distance and has not yet discovered the joys of petting. They both sleep on their foster's bed at night and like to be near her. They are often curled up together napping, or playing together with their toys. They are sweet, gentle, quiet, and shy. They will do well in a home that is calm and quiet with someone special who can meet them at their level and build their confidence. They are available for foster or adoption. Their foster has done amazing work with them, but has others to care for as well. Angel & Stormy would benefit from someone who can carry the torch and focus on them directly. They are young about 3 years old, fixed and fully vetted. Angel is the one always pictured in front. She has the most natural confidence, so Stormy feels safe snoozing behind her.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. A QUIET HOME NEEDED FOR A VERY SPECIAL GIRL  This sweet little calico is 9 years old, spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and incredibly loving. ❤️ Sadly, her world has changed. She once shared her home happily with other cats, including an older kitty she was especially close to. One by one, her feline companions passed away from old age, and since losing her favorite friend, she has struggled. There is also a small dog in the home, and although they are the same age, she is simply afraid of dogs. She now spends much of her time hiding away. Her family is keeping them separated, but they know that isn't the life this sweet girl deserves. They want her to have the chance to thrive again, in a peaceful home where she doesn't have to live in fear. She has previously loved living with other cats, so a calm feline companion may be just what she needs. A quiet, dog-free homewould be ideal. Her family loves her tremendously, and this decision is breaking their hearts. They are willing to send her with everything to help make the transition easier: her bed, food, treats, catnip, litter, and soft-sided carrier. Sometimes loving an animal means recognizing that the home they need may be different from the home we can give them. Angie Baby is a sweet little girl. She loves to be held and loves to play. She gets along with other cats, small dogs and children. She is ideal for any type of owner: a single person, an elderly person, a couple, a family with kids, as an only pet or with other cats &/or dogs. She was born in November 2025. She has been spayed & is up to date on her vaccinations. This animal is being fostered in TN but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Meet Wren 🐾 Wren’s story began in a warehouse, where this tiny little girl was found all alone at just 3 weeks old. There was no mama cat, no siblings, and no one to care for her. She was covered in fleas and already fighting so hard to survive. Thankfully, Wren found her way into rescue, where her amazing foster family stepped in and bottle-fed her, cared for her, and gave her all the love she needed to grow. Against the odds, this little fighter thrived. ❤️ Now, at 3 months old, Wren is a beautiful calico/tortie with a BIG personality to match her adorable face. She is opinionated, sassy, playful, and incredibly cuddly. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to let you know it! Pumpkin is the sweetest boy. Friendly, social, loves everyone, affectionate and snuggly. He wants to be near you, or following you around to watch what you're doing and just feel like he's part of things, a helpful companion. He likes lounging in the window, playing with his toys, but most of all he loves to be pet, held, hugged, doted on and feel loved. He will accept every bit, gently rubbing his cheek against yours, or laying his head on your chest. He is a precious, and very special cat. We still can't believe a great cat like this went ignored for so long. He lived on a porch and yard under a tree for at least a couple years or more. He was given random meals, but no one he could count on to make sure his daily needs were met or that he had a safe place. He never gave up on people, following the residents to their front doors begging to come in. Day after day, doors were closed in his face while he struggled, forgotten and forlorn, like he didn't even matter. We suspect he was abandoned from that home and never left the property, not understanding why he could no longer come in a house that was once his. We learned about him from a weekend visitor, and we went looking for him. There he was! Sleeping on the porch, right where they said he would be. It was 90 degrees out. Nearby, was a bowl of crusty old food, same one from a few days prior when we came looking. I walked up the porch with my carrier, set it down, opened it up. I worried a little when he didn't seem to wake or notice me. I said softly , "Hey kitty, you wanna come with me?" He stood up and came toward me, so I picked him up and set him in. We learned that he was severely anemic, barely alive. The ER was unable to diagnose why, and recommended we just put him to sleep. We were shocked! He was in great spirits, did not seem suffering, and was full of love. So we held out for a second opinion and our amazing vet was able to diagnose something completely curable. He began a heavy antibiotic for 8 weeks and made a full recovery. Transformed from tired, defeated, and withering (with a death sentence, to boot!) ...into a vibrant, healthy, handsome cat with a fresh start. He is so appreciative and such a joy to have around. To think... a hasty decision, and he would not be here today, ready to bless someone special with his clean bill of health and new lease on life. He can't wait to finally have a real home of his own. He needs to be the only pet and will thrive with someone who needs a good, loyal buddy. Fully vetted, perfect with litter box, polite, gentle, and very personable.

Donna is a beautiful silver/gray tabby, with the most gorgeous emerald green eyes you've ever seen. She is about 5+ years old. She was living a sad life with no frills until her owner passed away. When we rescued her, she was just a scared girl who went from hiding under a blanket all the time - to basking in attention. She loves to be pet and brushed, and looks forward to bonding time with someone who can make her feel important and make up for lost time. Her energy level is low - medium. She would be perfectly happy as a couch potato with moderate playtime for exercise and engagement. If you are looking for a sweet, companion who likes to lounge, then Donna may be the one for you. She is shy at first and will need someone who can help her settle in, but once she warms up she can't get enough of the one-on-one. This beautiful gal has waited a long time to have the love and home she deserves. She would prefer to be an only pet, and will do best in a calm, quiet environment where she can lounge to her heart's content, watch out the windows, and feel special to someone who loves her.

Little Lucille is a major sweetheart. A very nice cat, good-natured and gentle with a lot of love to give, not just receive. Her personality is happy, friendly, innocent, and trusting. She's easy-going, well-mannered, lovable and cuddly. She loves to be pet and will roll over with delight while you rub her belly and hug her. Even with her missing leg, she is not protective of the area and wants you to pet her all over. She likes rubbing her face vigorously on your arm, face, and head. We suspect since she can't rub her own face, it feels extra good to do that. And it's not a soft dainty rub... but a rather heart-felt, full-fledge kind of nuzzling. Her front leg was removed at 2 years old. Her deceased owner's vet record says she was missing for 3 weeks and returned with a swollen foot that became infected and resulted in her amputation. She is an indoor cat, 4 years old and well adapted to the loss of her leg. Her tripod status doesn't phase her at all. She can run and play just like everyone else. She can't jump real high though. She can get on the couch, but not on your counters! Her energy level is chill, and lounge-y, but also alert and interested, aware of activity and wants to be part of things. She sometimes follows around to see whats going on. When you stop to make eye contact or ask her a question she answers with a small meow that is more of a peep. She comes when you call her, and loves being acknowledged and included in your life. Overall she's very content and goes with the flow. She knows the routines and comes running for meals. When the TV goes off at night, she runs to bed and beats you there so excited for bedtime where she can rub her face on you. She loves to feel safe snuggled up close with your arm around her, and burrowed under blankets. She has moderate energy and likes to toss around her favorite toy. She enjoys havjng fun and someone to play with her. She is shy with new people at first, but once she feels safe she makes herself right at home. She is timid of strangers and hides when they come over, but as soon as they leave she reappears. She will do best in a calm, quiet home. She is a nice friend to other cats and good at reading them to fit herself in. She has the self-esteem to "be herself" but if another cat is dominant toward her, she can feel intimidated. Or if it's a cat that minds their own business, then she minds hers and respects their space. If it's a cat that is equally nice, she will make the effort to reach out and become friends... share a window seat for a nap, lick their head. She has always lived with other cats and enjoys the companionship, but would also do well as an only pet with someone who can give her the attention. Overall, she gravitates more to the attention of people and wants to be a loyal best friend to someone who appreciates her affection. She is healthy, fixed, and fully vetted.
