Mavis is a sweet 4 year old girl who is having a hard time coexisting with the other cats in the house. She has recently developed a stress response around the other cats she previously loved to snuggle with. We have tried to manage this with pheromones and anxiety meds without success. It breaks my heart to think about rehoming her, but she is not happy in this current situation. She is a tortoise shell with a beautiful white under layer in her coat. She loves to play and snuggle at night. Mavis loves our gentle dog and relaxing on the couch in the evenings. Mavis was struggling with some dental decay a few months ago that we treated by having a few teeth pulled, followed by a deep clean. She does not seem to have any impediments as a result. We love her so much but are looking for a home without other cats so she can relax and live a lower anxiety life. Only considering homes that will have her inside exclusively. She is not a barn cat.

We've had moxxie for three years since he was a 6 month old kitten. He had his shots but hasn't had them updated. He loves getting pets and is very cuddly. He will cuddle in bed if invited. Moxxie loves treats and will chase a feathered toy and a laser. He wants to play but our other cat is solitary and doesn't want to play. Would like to find him a home where he can get along and play with other cats.

All of our working cats come altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, FeLV/FIV negative and ready to work.Working cats are mousers that need to live outside of city limits in a barn or outdoor building. All they require are two square meals a day, fresh water and future veterinary care. Due to their behavior, these cats are not suited for normal adoption as indoor pets. However, their love for the outdoors, need for a job and thirst for adventure will ensure your barn or shed will stay pest free for years to come!
