Story
I adopted Monte from a local humane society. He is a lover boy who will willingly snuggle and give you head bops. Monte will be 3 in May! He likes to play with cat wands and cat nip balls. Monte does have GI issues and needs to be on prednisolone and hydrolyzed protein food for the rest of his life. I unfortunately have to rehome him due to him not getting along with my dogs. I would recommend him to be adopted into a home with no other pets if possible; preferably no dogs. Also, someone who can keep up with his medical needs with care and love.

Story
FROM PREVIOUS RESCUE: Tiara was part of a 4 kitten litter who were surrendered because they were all extremely sick and the owner couldn’t afford vet fees.  It took quite a while and a lot of medicating and syringe feeding to get them healthy and growing. Tiara is a little shy with strangers, but once she knows she is safe, she is sweet and affectionate.   UPDATE: Tiara settled into her foster home in Evergreen fairly well. She is truly shy at first meeting, still uncertain. Now she is at the EAPL Adoption Center at Chow Down.  Any adopter needs to be patient as she makes another transition into a new home. But she has made huge strides and enjoys being pet .  Complete a cat application at www.eapl.com - after approval to adopt, you can arrange a meet and greet. May 1, 2024, 8:56 pm

CONTACT THE OWNER, NOT EAPL:   Kathryn    baker.kathrynj@gmail.com Bio: Kevin and Stella are great, easy going, indoor cats. Sadly we have made the decision to find them a new home before we move to Europe. They did not enjoy our move from Maryland to Colorado by car and we are sure they would not handle a long flight. Finding a new loving home seems to be the best we can do for them. Kevin is 9 yrs old and is the big ginger one of the two and is a serious snuggler. He loves to hunt toy mice and is great at stealing the warm spots as soon as you get up from the couch. Stella is 6.5 years old and black; she is a little more shy and does not like to be held. She will snuggle next to you just not on top. She has a great talent for finding all the hidey holes and a kitten like personality when you play with her. They have done well when our young nephew (3) and niece (1) visit. Neither do well with dogs. Both are very affectionate once they get to know you. They are neutered, microchipped and have good health although are not up to date on shots. Rehome fee: One hundred and Sixty Dollars ($160) Health: Neutered, not up to date on shots, microchipped, healthy Rehoming: Ideally by the end of March May 1, 2024, 8:56 pm
