Story
Campari is a 15 year old, energetic Tabby who loves snuggles and cuddling. If he had it his way, he would get snuggles 23 hours a day :). He is the smartest, most loving, and talkative cat we have ever met. He loves outdoor time and would do great in a home with a safe, enclosed backyard or catio. He unfortunately does not get along with our other cat and has a spraying problem due to territorial stress and mild aggression towards visitors if overstimulated. His anti anxiety medication makes a huge difference, but he would do better in a calm, quiet home with someone who can give him the attention and consistency that he needs. Seeing as we both travel for work with irregular hours, have many business associates come to the house, and have another cat, we are hoping to find him a family or parent that would be a better fit for him. If you think you would be a better fit and are looking for an unconditionally loving companion/best friend, please reach out!

Story
Meet Lucy, a striking black-and-white beauty with a personality as sharp as her tuxedo. Lucy is a girl who truly knows her own mind; she’s not one for fluff or fuss unless it’s on her own terms. She’s looking for a sophisticated, patient home where her independence is celebrated and her personal space is respected. To help her find this, at this time, HSBV will only rehome Lucy to a household without children under10.

Story
Sweet Sophie is a stunning senior who clearly missed the memo on `slowing down.` She has a youthful spirit, an endearing stubby tail, and a love of hanging out with humans. Sophie’s dream life includes the freedom of safe outdoor access (like a secure garden or catio) where she can explore and soak up the sun. She has expressed a keen interest in not having to share her retirement with another feline, so at this time, HSBV will only re-home Sophie to a household without cats. If you want a companion who is equal parts beauty and brains, Sophie is your girl!

Story
Meet Mannie, a devoted soul who spent years as the ultimate companion to his elderly human. After a long tenure as a dedicated lap cat, he’s now searching for a peaceful new chapter because he couldn`t follow his person to her nursing home.Mannie is a `slow burn` friend—he’s naturally nervous around strangers and appreciates a quiet environment where he can move at his own pace. However, once he feels safe, he transforms into a loyal and good, playful friend. Mannie will do best in a mature home, and has lived with and enjoyed dogs in his past.

Story
Willow is a gentle natured senior who has no shortage of love to share! While she may be a bit bashful at first, Willow is a lovebug deep down who will be sure to make you smile with her adorable creaky meows and gentle headbutts. Given Willow`s sensitive nature, we are recommending she go to a quiet home without young children. Willow previously lived with another cat and a dog and may do well with other pets in a future home, as long as they respect her space.
