Story
Heather is crate trained and potty trained. She is very young, loving and energetic. She’s very playful and close to her sister Hannah and seems to love attention and is also a cuddler and sleeps close to you when she’s ready for her nap. She’s also very vocal when it comes to her being ready for her routine feeding and is a big eater, who particularly prefers wet food. She’s a perfect pet for anyone with children and or other cats  ##2733716##

Story
Bailey is a PERFECT boy! He is an absolute sweetheart, he is so pure he enjoys cuddling any time his foster mom wants cuddles! He is always down, but he's also down to do his own thing! He loves people and bird watching through the windows, especially if they're a high vantage point. He is silly and loves to race humans up and down the stairs - it's his favorite game to play. He's the definition of easy going - he is truly special! He is FIV+, but don't let that acronym scare you - he roams, plays, and naps just like any other cat! It simply means he needs to stay indoors and may require a bit of extra immune support as he ages. If you're looking for a sweet, independent-yet-affectionate companion, Bailey is 100% worth the investment. He has not been dog tested, but he is calm and collected and I suspect he would do well with dogs - dogs that are also good with cats that is! He's a professional sun-seeker and world-class snuggler. If there’s a sunbeam on the floor or a soft spot on the couch, that’s where you’ll find him. His favorite pastime is "window-watching" from a high vantage point, keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood like a fluffy little gargoyle. While he appreciates his independence, Bailey is a total softie at heart—once you start the cuddles, he never wants them to end. He's litter box trained, he's not destructive, he's very quiet except for when he's settling into a new environment. FIV-positive cats can live long, happy, healthy lives with regular vet care and an indoor lifestyle. The virus is most commonly spread through deep bite wounds — not through cuddling, sharing bowls, grooming, or peacefully living together. Many FIV+ cats coexist safely with other friendly cats for years.Sadly, cats like Bailey are often overlooked simply because people misunderstand FIV. But his diagnosis does NOT define him. His is an affectionate, social, cuddly, and so deserving of a loving forever home. ##2716570##

Story
Peanut is the leader out of her brother and her. She’s very adventurous and super curious. She has the most playful energy a little less cuddly but when she’s tired, she loves nice pets. She enjoys sunbathing and playing with her brother. She is a little more timid around other animals at first, but once she knows that they are safe she is a huge cuddle bug and now begs to see my dog first thing in the morning. ##2813723##

Story
Meet Bubba Bubba is a sweet, talkative boy who loves to cuddle just as much as he loves to play. If he’s not quite ready to be put down, he’ll gently wrap his paws around your arm or hand to let you know he’d rather stay right where he is—close to you. He absolutely adores his humans and is happiest just hanging out by your side. Bubba has been doing well with the resident cats and dogs in his foster home, though he prefers slow introductions and would do best with calmer canine friends. Bubba is litter box trained and ready to find a forever home where he can share all his love (and conversations!) with his people. ##2795686##

Story
When Simba first arrived at our rescue, he was a true wild child—mostly feral, highly skeptical of humans, and definitely a bit spicy! He has come an incredibly long way since then and is actively learning what it means to be loved, pampered, and safe. While he can still have his sassy moments, his "spiciness" these days is usually just him figuring out how to play. He will let you know if he's a litlte overwhelmed. He has officially discovered the joy of scratches and pets, and when he gets really happy, he might even give you a little love bite to show his appreciation. New people can still be scary for him, but if you are patient and give him a little time and space, he actually warms up incredibly fast and is turning into a truly affectionate boy. Simba is looking for a patient forever home that understands cat boundaries. We aren't sure how he feels about other cats yet, but he is totally fine catching glimpses of our resident dogs. If you have a very calm, respectful dog that will simply leave him be, they should do just fine together. Watching Simba learn to trust has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and he is going to make a wonderful companion for the right person. If you think you're the match Simba is looking for, please fill out an application and reach out with any questions: sean@rmpuppyrescue.org! ##2678171##
