Our cat Mochi is so loveable and sweet. We adopted him three years ago from a shelter. He has a beautiful coat as we believe he is a snowshoe mix, and he loves to cuddle and play, stretching out in the sun is his favorite. He lives with a family that includes children, another cat and dogs. Due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, our family is in a position where Mochi is not getting what he needs, as one of our daughters has developed an extreme allergy to the cats. Despite frequent deep cleaning, and attempting to keep her separated, we have not managed to help minimize her allergies and it is creating an extremely difficult situation for both our daughter and Mochi. We are seeking a home for Mochi that has the ability to cuddle and play and give him the attention we have not been able to give.

Chance is your guy!  Oh and he is toothless but we can explain that further if you're interested in giving this senior love a soft comfy home.  Chance was left outside a shelter over night in rural New Mexico.  He came to RMPR and hit the jackpot with his fosters who have loved and cared for him like their own.  Now he is ready to grace your home with his absolutely wonderful presense.  Chance is a handsome and polite fella who loves curling up on your lap, making biscuits, and getting scratches at the base of his tail. Be prepared for full-body flops when he’s particularly pleased with your attentions. He’s initially cautious around new situations, but don’t worry, he’ll warm up in a couple days!  His favorite things include ANY FOOD EVER and noise toys that he can chase around the room. He’s shy about meeting strangers but comes around with a little patience and some tasty treats. He will follow you around or watch movies with you like the good companion he is.
