Story
Are you hiring? This working cat is seeking a job in a rural environment such as a farm, stable, or garden center where they can enjoy the freedom of outdoor life with the safety of a familiar place and a committed caretaker. Working cats span the spectrum of sociability, with some cats quite inexperienced and fearful of people, preferring to work from the shadows, and some cats who will eagerly rub against your boot and join you for your outdoor chores. Some working cats may amaze you with the mouse catching antics and athleticism, and some may be more hands off, discouraging pests with their presence and scent. Looking for a particular personality? Ask our team about finding the right cat for your environment. To set your new farm hand up for success, we recommend setting up a cozy, confined space replete with food, water, and litterbox. After a week or two of enjoying the amenities of their new environment they'll feel much safer staying put and getting to work. Have a big job? Ask our team about cats that may enjoy working in pairs or groups. All working cat adoptions are fee-waived, with spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip, and ear-tip included. Story
Lulu is a sweet but rather tender little soul who has been through a lot of upheaval lately and can't wait to decompress in a calm home of her own. She has been feeling overwhelmed by a long journey from a transferring shelter to another new space and has been rather subdued and shut-down. Given some patience and the chance to build trust with her adopters, we expect her sweet side will reemerge in a loving home environment. For her comfort, she's recommended for a household with older or no kids.Lulu has lived successfully with another cat and may be a good fit for a future multi-cat home - a welcoming and more confident kitty may help Lulu come out of her shell. If her new home includes dogs, Lulu will likely appreciate very slow intros and polite, lower-energy canines. Visit today! Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: White Weight: 7.1875 Age: 8yrs 10mths 0wks

Story
Finch has a bold name and an equally charming personality. He's a friendly, playful cat who enjoys being around people and taking part in whatever's going on. Curious and full of character, Finch loves interactive play and thrives when he has outlets for his energy; think wand toys, puzzle feeders, and games that keep his busy mind engaged. He's affectionate in his own way and happiest with people who respect his independence and let him choose how and when he'd like attention. He's ready to bring warmth, fun, and plenty of personality to a household that appreciates his spirited nature. Finch will be placed in a home without children (or with childen 10 or older). Story
Sweet Buddy can't wait to leave the shelter behind for a loving home and receive some extra TLC in his senior years. Though shy with new people, Buddy was described by his past owner as very loving with humans he trusts. When content and receiving pets, he would show off his extra-loud purr. He has been overwhelmed to find himself at the shelter, and has been feeling quite shut-down here. We expect that, given a bit of decompression outside the shelter, Buddy will soon treat his new owners to lots of purrs and moments of calm companionship. Buddy has lived successfully with another cat and with dogs in the past. At this stage in his life, if Buddy's new home includes other pets, we recommend very gradual intros and calm, polite furry friends. He is likely to settle most easily into an overall quiet household with older or no children. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 9.6625 Age: 11yrs 0mths 3wks
