Story
Siblings one female and one male. They are pretty bonded so need to be adopted together. They are very good babies. I saved them from a life outdoors by capturing when they were kittens. With my job I cannot spend enough time with them and I already have 2 other cats so it is getting expensive too with having 4 of them. It was a very hard decision. Looking for a good home where they will be loved and cared for.

Backpack, Backpack! We welcomed Backpack and her sister Dora to CCR after a friend found them outside. They've been living in a foster home and are very well socialized! Backpack often purrs the second we pick her up. She loves to explore and wand toys are her favorite entertainment. All CCR kittens go home up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, and current on parasite prevention. Meet Jessie! Jessie and her five siblings were brought to Creekside after being trapped in their finders' neighborhood! Jessie arrived here very scared and unwilling to trust her new human caretakers. With some love and bribes, Jessie is learning that humans are fun to be around! Story
Welcome back, Garbanzo! Garbanzo is a beautiful young lady who was born here at Creekside to mama Chilleigh. She is a very well-socialized cat who adores her humans. She meets us at her door purring and ready to snuggle. Garbanzo was adopted out at 8 weeks old and returned to Creekside last month for litterbox problems. In her last home, she had some instances of peeing outside of her litterbox. However, she has been using her litterbox consistently since returning to us. Based on information given to us from her previous owners, Garbanzo has some requirements for her new home that will hopefully set everyone up for success. 1. No dogs. Though she did not appear to have issues with the dogs in her previous home, she may have felt stressed about them. She will do best in a dog-free home going forward. 2. Litterbox on the ground floor or higher. Garbanzo's previous litterbox was in a basement which may have contributed to her litterbox problems. We believe she would prefer a litterbox in a more central area of the home. 3. No covered litterbox. We have offered her a covered litterbox at Creekside, and she has no interest in using it. If this were her only option, we worry she may resort to doing her business elsewhere. In exchange for this special treatment, Garbanzo will become your absolute best friend. She has a heart of gold and adores everyone she meets. She is spayed, UTD on vaccines and parasite prevention, UTI-free, and has had recent bloodwork (which came back normal). She is FeLV/FIV negative. If you think you can give Garbanzo the princess treatment that she deserves, please apply here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSci8_UHvP-UzF94qY8qrp6bGWoWd7N7P0TExv9TTR1JwHpHpQ/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=108810838658118147693

Story
Our precious Lucy needs a loving home. She was born with an amazing personality that is naturally trusting and friendly. As a baby kitten, she would walk with confidence straight toward any voice in the the room. She was just a tiny fluff ball back then, who loved everyone and she was easily adopted at a young age. Over time, changes in the household led to a separation of her owner and partner. Lucy went to live with the partner who eventually lost touch with the owner. Fast forward a few years later, Lucy was recently found in a stranger's yard, begging to come in their house. The kind samaritan took her to Animal Control who contacted us via her microchip. We contacted her owner who explained that Lucy had not lived with her for some time and had no way of reaching the ex from where Lucy went missing. The rightful owner then without hesitation went and saved Lucy from the pound, but is not in a position to keep her and has asked us for help with rehoming. Lucy is still the same tiny sweetheart that she always was. She still loves and trusts, despite whatever she went through to find herself homeless. We will likely never know what happened in that time, but we are still here for her and committed to making it right. All thanks to her microchip. She was examined at the shelter and determined to be in great condition, so we think she was not lost much longer than the 2 weeks we know of (per the good samaritan). She is happy to be safe and ready for the next chapter of her life. Lucy has a wonderful personality. She is gentle, affectionate, and loving. She is now 10 years old, and full of life as ever. The shelter vet thought she was much younger, as she is still petite and very healthy. She is good with kids and dogs, and knows how to fit herself in easily as she has maintained her natural confidence. If you are a sucker for a beautiful, black, long hair with gorgeous green eyes that look up at you adoringly, then please don't hesitate to inquire about this special little girl. She will be a loyal and loving companion who appreciates and deserves a good home.
