This little lady was taken in by a kind person in Bloomfield Hills with her babies. Momma Fifi is very sweet and calm. Her babies have found homes with another rescue and now it's Fifi's turn to get the life she deserves. Please stop by the shelter and meet this sweetie. Catfé Lounge is open 12-5 Wednesday - Sunday. TJ and her brother had been hanging out in West Village, desperately wanting to come inside for months. A man who was feeding them brought them to us because they were not fixed and not getting the veterinary care that they needed. TJ's brother was adopted months ago. TJ, on the other hand has a heart murmur. After an echocardiogram it was determined she needed medication to help her heart. She was recently spayed and is now 100% back to being the sweet angel she is. She will be on medication for her lifetime! She will also need bi-annual appointments with her cardiologist. She enjoys looking out the window sill, purring in your lap and retreating into cozies just to be near you. She doesn't use her claws, but also isn't afraid to grab your hand and give it an affectionate nibble to say: 'I love you,' or 'Play with me.' This very spoiled girl also isn't afraid to use her voice either to get what she wants most - your attention. TJ would do best in a calm environment due to her heart. She scares easily and hide to calm down, so rambunctiousness is best avoided. She may do well with other cats as long as they are calm by nature. We don't know how she does with dogs, she will be fine with gentle children. ##2571525##

Sweet lil guy loves to cuddle. Approx 7 years old. Up to date on shots. Just had a dental cleaning and tooth removal. Good, healthy and ready for someone to love him💕There is annother cat pictured. They are kind of buddies and I would love to rehome them together if it’s possible. The other black cat I’ve been calling Mr. T. (Tripod). He had an injured rear leg when I found him and unfortunately he had to have it amputated (given the cone on his head). He is also pictured in the window with a blue bow tie. He maneuvers around pretty gracefully for a cat with 3 legs and is very sweet. Niether one have hissed or bitten me. Both are Very loving and sweet. Adoption fee is to make up for the vet bills I inquired while rehoming the lil guy. Will work with the right adopter.

Hi! My foster mama calls me Noir. She says I'm going to be a beautiful and sleek black kitty. I love when she picks me up and takes me to the window. It’s so nice to be safe now. I grew up in the woods and it was scary. There were coyotes, but I was a survivor! One day I saw a girl having a snack and I ran up to her, and because of my great purr she picked me up. When she saw a coyote, she called mom and said she had to keep me safe because I was so friendly. Everyone loves me, but mom says she doesn’t want me to ever stress about other cats again, and I deserve all the love for myself—plus, one of her cats is territorial.
