Nyx is a very playful kitten that loves being petted and chasing around her toys. She loves to explore and climb and has the zoomies a couple times a day. Also she loves scratching posts. She is kind of a scaredy cat and might take a couple days to warm up to you but when she does she'll be jumping in front of you for attention or sleeping around your legs in bed. She is almost a year old and is looking for a home with an owner who will love playing with her. She is good with other cats.

Story

Sunny was rescued as a kitten with his brother. The two of them lived in a home together for a year. The original owner could no longer take care of them, and I acquired Sunny at age 2 (brother lives with my mom). Sunny has lived with me and another female cat since mid 2023. Around September 2025 (age 3), Sunny developed constipation, which made him uncomfortable using the litter box. He pees normally in the litter box, but poops outside the litter box. The underlying medical problem was treated and resolved but the behavioral problem has not changed. I have tried every countless solution offered by a vet, and don’t believe he will ever use a litter box in this house again. I am a renter and cannot continue supporting this behavior in a house I do not own. Sunny is extremely loving and playful. He loves to snuggle on the couch. I have never had any issues with him except for this behavioral pooping problem.

She is very friendly and would do well in any home, and we are certain that she will make her lucky forever family very happy! Patches is young, only about ten months old, and is fully vetted, including spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV negative. She is FeLV positive, which means that she can only live with other FeLV positive cats--or she would also be thrilled to be the feline queen of her castle! FeLV is only contagious to other cats and cannot be passed to humans or other animal species, and cats with FeLV are known to be sweet, loving, and especially deserving of the love and stability of a forever home.
