Mutt (the cat), one of the Schitt’s Creek kittens, was brought to a caring volunteer by his mom, a community cat. She was given a warm, safe place to raise her kittens inside and this little man has never looked back after is brother, David said it was OK! He absolutely loves his brother, David and enjoys spending his days cuddling in boxes and baskets with him. Don’t let his lounging ways fool you though; he is very playful and will demand cuddles and pets. If he isn’t getting enough attention, he will let you know that he needs TWO hands to pet him! Stop before he’s done, and he will nuzzle you till you have changed your mind. Mutt (the cat) is up-to-date on vaccinations and is spayed and microchipped. Please note: We don’t DNA test our cats. Catelyn is likely just a domestic long hair mix. However, "Maine coon" has become synonymous with long haired cats. If you do further research, you'll find that most cats in the US are made up of a variety of different breeds, and we think Catelyn falls into that category of "vaguely long haired cat that is mistakenly called a Maine Coon her entire life."  Either way, we know she’s 100% cute!  Catelyn is a six-year-old sweetheart with a gentle, friendly personality. She’s spayed, up to date on all her vaccines, and ready to find her forever home. This lovely girl was sadly returned to us after her previous owners moved out of the country and couldn’t take her along. Despite the change, Cat has stayed her affectionate, easygoing self. This sweet kitten is ready to find her forever home. She love snuggling and playing and would thrive in a variety of homes!  Please note: We don’t DNA test our kittens, but we think Enoki looks like she could be a Maine coon-type mix. However, he is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program!  Foster-to-Adopt Program Details We are an all-volunteer, foster-based, non-profit organization We don’t have a physical location; all cats and kittens live in foster homes until they are formally adopted. Our foster-to-adopt program allows us to match cats and kittens with their forever family before they’re eligible for adoption. Eligible cats and kittens are placed in a foster’s home with the intention of adoption after required medical care is completed. Homer is a gentle soul who is hoping for a second chance. He and his sister Gertie were adopted from RHS as kittens but were returned due to their owner's inability to care for them. Homer is incredibly sweet and mild and loves to cuddle up with his person.  When we first came back to us, he was terrified. But within a few days, his true personality started coming through. More on the TV: he LOVES to watch anything, but sports are his jam. He even has his own spot near the TV so he has a front-row seat! Don’t worry though, he’s not interested IN the TV. He is a very playful and gentle kitty. He can be a bit hesitant at first, but his desire to be loved on always wins out and he turns into the cuddliest love bug. He is very laid-back and goes with the flow. He’ll let you know if you’re in by rolling over to expose his belly for scratches so he can get all of the rubs. Gertie is a sweet girl who is looking for her forever home. She is a little over 5 years old, litterbox trained, spayed, and up to date on shots. She is pretty laid back but loves snuggling with her human. She was adopted from RHS as a kitten with her brother Homer and returned when her owner could no longer care for her due to financial contraints. Gertie always looks a little surprised, but we think that's just part of her charm. She would do well in a variety of homes and is braver than her brother.
