Story
Hi there, I’m Whiskers! 🐾 I’m a big softie with an even bigger purr motor, and I love being the center of attention. Cuddles? Yes please! I'll snuggle right up next to you—and if you're lucky, I might even give you one of my famous Whiskers Hugs™. I’m also quite the shadow—wherever you go, I’ll be close behind, just making sure you’re not lonely. 💕 When it comes to toys, I don’t discriminate. Whether it’s a feather wand, crinkly ball, or even a kitten toy, I’m ready to pounce and play! Sometimes I get a little too excited and might play with your hand (oops 😅), but I’m learning and respond well when you let me know it’s too much. I’ve got a lot to say and I’m not shy about it! I’ll chirp, meow, and chat with you throughout the day. Got a story to tell? I’m all ears (and maybe a few meows in response). I’m great with dogs and small kittens—they don’t stress me out. Other adult cats? I need super slow introductions, please. I like my space at first, but I can warm up in time with patience and care. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and talkative buddy to keep you company, I might just be your guy. Let’s meet soon—I’ve got so many cuddles to give! 🐱💬💖

Story
Meet the sweetest little tri-pawd kitten! Prior to her arrival at Mazie's Mission Rescue at around 12 weeks old, Wanda sustained an unknown injury that caused nerve damage to her front left leg. After careful treatment and consideration by the Mazie's veterinary team, Wanda's leg was recently amputated as it could not be rehabbed to full functionality. This has not slowed her down or altered her fun & exuberant personality, and will allow for a better quality of life for her long-term. Who needs 4 legs when you're so great on 3?! She's a sweet, petite, playful, mischievous, talkative, bird enthusiast and expert under the covers cuddle buddy with a purr like a boat motor; an avid TV watcher who's built for speed with a love for feed. While Wanda would not be opposed to being an only cat, she would thrive and do best in a forever home with a buddy as she loves to play, snuggle, and keep company with her foster brother & sister. She will likely need a slow introduction (as most cats do) but will adjust with some time to warm up to a new companion. Wanda is wary of dogs (of any size) but in the right environment, a calm or well-behaved canine friend is not out of the question. She is not accustomed to the noises and excitement a home shared with younger, smaller children usually offers and would do best in a more quiet environment with older children or teenagers. Wanda has been spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated! If you're interested in hearing more about this pint-sized, tri-pawed lap-kitten let us know by contacting as at www.maziesmission.org/adopt!
