Story
Twist is looking for a loving foster home to relax in while they are recovering. Reason for Foster: Ringworm Foster Time Frame: 2+ weeks(The foster time frame may be shorter or longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: Twist is being treated for ringworm which is a fungal skin infection. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that they be kept in a room away from other pets. Be sure to wash your hands and change clothing after interacting with them. A room without upholstered furniture or carpet is ideal. This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go home with an antifungal medication. We will provide a full medical consultation at pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this little one. Visit this link to learn more about fostering a pet with Ringworm: https://operation-kindness-foster.my.canva.site/ringworm-foster-guide How to take this pet home...* ADPOT: Twist is available through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows prospective adopters to take pets home before they are available for adoption. Visit Operation Kindness and speak with our Client Services team. Foster-to-Adopt placements are first-come, first-served. * FOSTER: Interested in fostering this pet?
