Story
Tom is looking for a loving foster home to relax in while they are recovering. We prefer to use the buddy system, so these little ones will need to be fostered in groups of 2 or more.Litter Consists of: Ankha, Tangy (Mom), Monique, Tabby, Mitzi and Purrl Reason for Foster: Ringworm (Recheck 3/23) Foster Time Frame: 3 Weeks Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs. Foster Care Plan: Tom is being treated for ringworm which is a fungal skin infection. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that they be kept in a room away from other pets. Be sure to wash your hands and change clothing after interacting with them. A room without upholstered furniture or carpet is ideal. This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go home with an antifungal medication. We will provide a medical consultation at pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this little one. Visit this link to learn more about fostering a pet with Ringworm: https://operation-kindness-foster.my.canva.site/ringworm-foster-guide Foster to Adopt Program: Tom is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption. If you’re interested in fostering, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.

Story
Sweet Mimi is shy at first, but with patience and time, she grows comfortable in her environment and begins to open up to you. Once she feels safe, she is an affectionate girl and a loyal helper who likes following closely in your footsteps. When in a loving mood, she appreciates getting scritches behind her ears and on her tushie, and will sometimes give you gentle love-nips to express her enjoyment. At night, her favorite place to be is on the bed, tucked in behind your knees.Mimi is still a young adult with a playful spirit and she enjoys having fun with you and her toys - especially wand toys! Expressing affection through play is an excellent way to bond with her, particularly in the early days when she is still getting to know you.I am a 1y old, Female, Domestic Shorthair mix. I am spayed, microchipped and up to date on my vaccinations and preventions. Come and visit me today!I am eligible for a 3-day trial adoption through our Foster First program. This program gives you and our pets time to ensure it`s a great match before finalizing the adoption. Story
Low Battery is looking for a loving foster home to recover in while receiving medical treatment. She is a nervous girl who takes a little time to adjust to a new environment. Reason for Foster: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks (The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: Low Battery is being treated for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. Since she may be contagious to other cats, we strongly recommend keeping her in a separate, dedicated space such as a spare bathroom or bedroom until she has fully recovered. She will go to her foster home with medication, and once treatment is complete, she will be ready for adoption. Foster to Adopt: Low Battery is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption.
