Story
Ronni is a beautiful flamepoint looking for her forever home. Ronni is a sweet girl and loves to get pet and purr, but must respect her space. She gets over stimulated and will love bite. My 10 year old loves her and does not momd , but she has to stay confined to her room since she does not get along with other cats. I do have one female foster cat that will run into the room and hang out with her for a while. For the most part, I do think they get along. So, having another cat isn't a hard no, it would just need to be a slow introduction. Ronni is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Story
One fateful night outside a hospital, a skinny, sniffling cat made fast friends with a delivery driver and then casually hopped into a strangerâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s car like he had places to be. That stranger became his foster, and Zigzag has been zigzagging his way into hearts ever since. Now a healthy, dashing 2.5 year old gentleman, Zigzag is a stoic and watchful little guy who likes his space, but definitely likes his snacks. His meow? Soft as a babyâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s sigh youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll melt every time he opens his mouth to greet you. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s great with other cats and even tolerates dogs. It took him a while to embrace playtime, but now heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s all about games of hide-and-seek with his foster siblings. He is motivated by food, loves chill naps and affection on his own terms! If youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153re looking for a calm companion with a mysterious past, a soft meow, and a serious appreciation for mealtime Zigzag is ready to cruise into your life like he did that fateful night. Story
Lily is a 1 year old feline sweetheart with a soft heart, a playful streak, and a special love for Churu treats and ball toys. Though she may be petite, donâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t let her size fool you, this girl knows how to rule a game of hide-and-seek with her foster brother Bart (and wins half the time!). She started off a brave little stray with some bumps and scrapes, but her fosters couldnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t resist giving her the safe, loving space she deserved especially after learning she's FELV+. Since then, Lily has blossomed into a confident, curious cat who enjoys her independence but will quietly follow you from room to room like your own little shadow. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s fully litter box and scratching post trained, gets along great with cats (especially Bart!), and has been nothing but gentle around kids. Dogs? Not tested yet, but who knows? Lilyâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s full of surprises. Looking for a sweet little lady to charm your home with grace, quiet companionship, and the occasional zoomie? Lily might just be your perfect match. Bonus: She comes as part of a bonded duo with her buddy Bartholomeu! Twice the love, double the whiskers. These adoptions are BOGO if adopted together. Lily is FeLV+. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), is a virus that attacks the immune system of a cat. Cats with FeLV can live normal, happy, healthy livesâ&#194&#128&#194&#148 but they have a much shorter life expectancy than FeLV negative cats. Over time, an infected cat's health may progressively deteriorate or he/she may experience repeating cycles of illness and relative health. Close monitoring and regular vet care are important to manage the disease. Any close contact among cats can spread FeLV, including bite wounds, mutual grooming, or sharing feeding dishes and litter boxes, so they should be housed without other cats or only with other FeLV+ cats. Because DPA believes these special cats still deserve to live out their lives in a loving home, the adoption fee for FeLV+ cats will be discounted 50%. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption.
