Story
Theo is a handsome, affectionate boy we adopted from the Humane Society of North Texas. From the moment we brought him home, he’s been full of love, curiosity, and the occasional burst of hilarious zoomies. Whether he’s curling up in a sunny window, gently pawing for attention, or chasing his favorite toy mouse, Theo brings joy and charm to every room he enters. Theo is about 3 years old, healthy, neutered, litter box trained, and up to date on all his vaccinations. He gets along well with people and would thrive in a calm, loving environment. It breaks our hearts to part with him, but we’re expecting a baby soon and have realized that Theo’s high energy and playful nature might be a bit too much for our growing household. We want to give him the best chance at a home where he can continue to be his fun-loving, spirited self. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will melt your heart and warm your lap, Theo might just be your perfect match.

Story
Windy is on the older side, but she's super affectionate! She is a beautiful tuxedo cat who loves to be pet. She's up to date on all of her shots and has had a check-up in 2025. The vet says she's in great health for her age. Windy loves sitting in windowsills, checking out houseplants, and cuddling. She likes being with people and will join you on the couch, at the computer, in bed, or wherever you are. She also loves looking outside and enjoying the sunlight. Windy's perfect home would be: - Indoors - No dogs - Other cats okay - Older kids okay - Sunny places for her to sit We'll include an automatic feeder, a fuzzy pet bed, cat carrier, food, and all her toys. Unfortunately, we need to rehome both of our cats. Our other cat Cammy is listed here: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/44169450-grapevine-texas-cat Please let me know if you're interested in both of them! We can send a cat condo and climbing tree if you take them both.

Story
A neighbor saw his Dobermans acting crazy trying to get under his kayak where we discovered Kayak and her siblings (all newborns) back in July of 2017. We took on Kayak and nursed her and raised her while living in our apartment which was fine, however when we moved into our new home we learned she did not get along with other cats. We put her on the business side of our home (mother in law suite) where we'd have employees and customers in and out, which she did not like either. While we love her, we don't want her to suffer in an unhappy home for the remainder of her life. The ideal home for her is a single cat, relaxed home setting without a lot of transient (employees & customers) activity. She's been declawed on the front and has lived her life indoors. We are using this tool to keep from sending her to the shelter which we will need to do if we can't find her a home by 5/19/25. She is DEFINITELY an alpha cat and very CALICO.

Story
Wednesday “Nessy” is about 7 years old. In October of 2019, I found her in a dumpster behind a bowling alley. She is incredibly sweet and mild tempered and well-loved by her family. She loves to cuddle up on your lap and sleep in your arms. Unfortunately, her brother cats started to become very aggressive with her when I became pregnant and following the birth of our daughter. We tried to give it time, but Wednesday no longer has a good quality of life in our home. She relegates herself to the corner of a closet and we have to put food and water and litter in there for her. She is afraid to come out because the boy cats corner and bully her. She doesn’t fight back and usually ends up needing one of her humans to rescue her. We hate to have to turn to this option but we’ve tried everything else that we can think of. We would like to see her in a calm and loving home, either as an only cat or with other calm cats or calm kids.

Story
Cammy might be older, but she's still energetic, talky, and full of love! She's a domestic shorthair with beautiful markings. She's spayed, up to date on shots, and had a checkup in 2025. The vet says she's in great shape for her age. Cammy is very affectionate on her own terms. She doesn't like to be picked up but loves being scratched and petted. She'll come up to you when she wants attention. She'll sit on the couch with you, join you at the table, and sleep at the foot of your bed. She's a sweet, sweet girl and we would keep her if we could still give her a good home. Cammy's perfect home would be: - Indoor - No dogs - Other cats okay - Older kids okay - Some cozy places to curl up We can include an automatic feeder, cat bed, cat carrier, food, and all her toys. Unfortunately, we have to rehome both of our cats. You can see our other cat Windy here: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/44174527-grapevine-texas-cat Please let me know if you're interested in both!
