Story
Meet Mocha — a gentle soul with a heart full of love. &#226&#152&#149 At 14 years young, Mocha has already lived quite a life. She came to us from an overcrowded home in New Mexico, where she was part of a court seizure. Despite her past, Mocha’s spirit remains as warm and comforting as her name suggests. Now in Utah, she’s ready to spend her golden years surrounded by kindness and peace. Mocha is the perfect companion for a calm home — she gets along beautifully with other dogs and loves nothing more than quiet moments, gentle pets, and a cozy spot to nap beside you. Mocha does have some hearing loss, so she’ll need a family with patience and understanding — someone who will give her the time and tenderness she deserves as she adjusts to her new surroundings. Though she’s a senior, her heart is young, and her capacity for love is endless. At Mountain Mamas, we know she’ll never be forgotten — but we also know her forever family is out there, ready to give her the soft landing she so deeply deserves. If you have room in your heart for a sweet, seasoned soul, Mocha is waiting patiently to meet you.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2025, 3:02 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Ima a Yoshi (Yoshi)! Ima a Yoshi—or just Yoshi to his friends—is a brave, resilient little guy with a heart of gold. At 2.5 years old and a sturdy 12–13 pounds, this full-grown Chihuahua is the perfect size for any adventure! His Story Yoshi returned from a harrowing three-week "solo adventure" after being lost. While we are so grateful he’s back safe, his time fending for himself has changed his outlook on feline friends. We suspect he may have had a few tough run-ins with aggressive cats while he was away. As a result, Yoshi has officially retired from the "cat-friend" business and will chase. Why Yoshi is the Best Companion: Expert Traveler: Yoshi is a dream in the car and absolutely loves going for rides. Whether it’s a trip to the store or a weekend getaway, he’s ready to be your co-pilot! Walk Enthusiast: He loves to get out and explore the world on his leash. House Trained: He’s a true gentleman indoors and knows the ropes of a home. Devoted & Loyal: After being lost for so long, he truly appreciates the comfort of a warm lap and the love of his humans. The Perfect Match Yoshi is looking for a strictly feline-free home. He wants to be your one-and-only star and doesn't want to worry about any cats in his personal space. In return, he promises to be the most loyal, loving, and spunky companion you’ve ever met. Ready to bring Yoshi home? Yoshi is available through Rescue Rover Dog Adoption. Fill out an application today to meet this resilient little survivor! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! I’m Bullet Rogan and I want to be your new best friend! I am a 5 year old, 13lb chihuahua mix. Of course we can’t know for sure what my exact breed is, but we’re pretty sure that pug is a pretty big part of the equation! Just look at my cute underbite! I love all the things, but mostly I love to follow you from room to room. And next best I love to play catch me if you can! So I’ll follow, follow, follow…and then when you try to pick me up, it’s a fun game! I’m a happy boy. I think most everything is fun! I love my dog friends and my toys, too! You’ll know I’m a happy guy because I will wag my bum. Yes, I have a tail and I suppose that’s what’s really wagging, but my whole bum likes to get in on the action. Foster mom says I’m 100% wiggle butt! I am good in my crate, good in the car and good on leash. I’m pretty darn close to housetrained, too! I haven’t had any accidents in my foster home, but some of that may be because foster mom is pretty good at making sure dogs don’t potty inside. With a good schedule and some reminders, I should be no trouble to potty train! Last thing we should mention about me. When I came to the shelter I had several gashes that needed to be doctored up. I’m all healed now! But at the sheltr I did get a little nippy. Probably because I was scared and hurting. Since I came to my foster home I’ve been very sweet and gentle with no problems! If you think I could be the cute boy for you, apply to meet me today at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 29, 2025, 4:21 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Panther! Hi! My name is Panther. I’m an almost 9-year-old male chihuahua. Being an older gentleman, I’m a little set in my ways. I like food, the occasional walk/sprint in the backyard, and a nice cozy blanket. If someone is snuggled with me in the blanket, that is even better! I take a minute to feel comfortable with people, but once I warm up, I think I’m pretty easy. Older kids would be better for me since I can be a little jumpy. I’m really good with other dogs but I don’t love cats. I sleep in my crate at night like a champion and sometimes during the day when my foster parents are at work. I know how to use a doggy door, but my foster mom says I need a potty-training schedule so that I don’t have accidents.  Maybe she just doesn’t understand my cues yet. I blame her. If you want a salt and pepper cutie that is out of the puppy stage, apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 2, 2025, 5:08 pm
