Story
My story is both heart-warming and heartbreaking, but I'm glad I found my way back to the rescue organization that can help me find the forever home I deserve. I can be a gentle and loyal companion who simply craves the love and attention that every dog deserves. Despite the neglect I experienced in my previous home,I have adjusted well since being returned to the rescue. My shyness and caution around men is understandable, but with the right patience and care, I'm confident I will blossom into a wonderful family member. Here are a few key points about you that stand out: I am a loyal and humble companion who appreciates the simple things in life, like gentle pats and a calm voice. I may be a bit shy at first, but will warm up to people and become the heart of the home. I would do best in a quiet, loving environment, and would make a great match for older children or a veteran looking for a furry friend. Despite the neglect in my past, I have adjusted well since being returned to the rescue.  I truly believe that with the right forever family who is willing to give me the time, patience, and love I deserve, I will flourish. I have so much to offer, and I hope to find that special someone who can provide me with the forever home I've been searching for.  Please fill out an application for me at www.fureverdogdenver.com, if you have any questions or would like to meet me, please call 720 588-6809. ##2096191##

Story
**MUST HAVE ANOTHER DOG IN THE HOME AND A YARD** Well, howdy there! I’m Brooks, I have a big personality and an even bigger heart. I was found on a reservation with my siblings when we were just 8 weeks old and was brought to Colorado in January of 2025 and have been with my foster family ever since! Now, I’m ready to find a forever home where I can share my love of playtime and head scratches! I’m always curious and eager to explore. I’ll happily be your sidekick for any adventure – just as long as there are some good head scratches waiting for me afterward! I absolutely love playing with my foster dog siblings and any dog I have ever met! I’d thrive in a home with a confident dog who can help me keep learning the ropes of being a well-rounded pup. I’ve done really well at a few different brewery trips where I got to socialize and meet lots of folks. While I may be a bit shy at first, I warm up quickly and love making new friends, especially men! While I’m making great strides in gaining confidence, I’m still a little shy, especially around new situations. Because of this, I’d do best in a home without small children while I continue to build my self-assurance. A calm and patient environment will help me grow into the brave, outgoing dog I’m meant to be! I am fully potty and crate trained but also love sleeping in bed with my foster mom and foster sibs. I’m a smart boy who’s learning  confidence quickly, especially with the help of my foster siblings showing me the way. Walking on a leash is still a new experience for me, so a home with a yard would be a dream come true while I keep building my confidence with the leash. My foster mom also has a cat that I'm totally fine with as well! If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly pup who’ll light up your life like a country song on the radio, I’m your guy. Let’s make a lifetime of memories – one belly rub and wagging tail at a time! ##2279447##

Story
We found Cosmo, a shy puppy with soulful eyes, in the Boulder Target parking lot. We brought him home, and he blossomed into an incredibly playful and loving 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog. Cosmo is a fetch fanatic, a jumping marvel, and a hiking buddy extraordinaire. He's remarkably smart, reliably responding to verbal commands like "Sit" and eager to learn more. He thrives on activity, loves long walks, and excels at any game involving a ball or frisbee. He's a loyal companion, always ready for adventure and affection. Sadly, our family's circumstances have changed, and we can no longer provide the active, engaging life Cosmo needs. He deserves a home where he can run, play, and be challenged. Cosmo is an amazing dog—loyal, loving, intelligent, and incredibly fun. He needs a family who can give him the active, fulfilling life he deserves. If you're looking for a playful, energetic, and well-behaved 2-year-old companion, please consider giving Cosmo a forever home.
