Sadie is a 4MO adorable Mutt.  Sadie and her 3 siblings were found abandoned on the side of the road in Texas.  We are guessing she will be about 35-45lbs when full grown. We don't know how many of them there were originally, but unfortunately it's safe to assume there were others that didn't make it.  Once they were rescued they were brought to a local vet to get the proper care and support they needed since they were emaciated and dehydrated.  Once sadie and her siblings were healthy and stable, they made their way to our rescue here in CO where we are hoping they find families of their very own.  Here is what Sadie's foster Momma has to say about her: "This little pup is a bit shy at first but with treats and a few good belly rubs she’ll become your best friend! Once she’s comfortable with you, she won’t leave your side! Sadie’s a quick learner and is very treat motivated. She’s already learned sit and is doing really well with potty training. She sleeps through the night in her crate. We highly recommend having a crate for her at her new home. While she’d love to sleep with you, she has a very positive tie to her crate and we can tell it’s a place of security for her. Sadie is incredibly sweet and does well with other dogs. We’re working on walking a leash but she's doing great so far! She is loving and snuggly and it's been so fun to watch her learn how great humans and life can be when she isn't trying to survive on the side of the road." Mira is a 4MO Collie/Shepherd (maybe?) mix weighing about 12lbs.  We are guessing she will be about 35-45lbs when full grown. Mira and her three siblings were found abandoned on the side of the road in Texas.  We don't know how many of them there were originally, but unfortunately it's safe to assume there were others that didn't make it.  Once they were rescued they were brought to a local vet to get the proper care and support they needed since they were emaciated and dehydrated.  Once Mira and her siblings were healthy and stable, they made their way to our rescue here in CO where we are hoping they find families of their very own.   Mira's foster says she is a sweet, happy, smart pup.  She gets along well with other dogs, big and small, and all humans.  She love to romp around like all pups, but loves to snuggle just as much.  She is smart and training is going well.  She is going to be perfect for someone who is looking for a best friend/side kick for every activity from lazy cuddle days, so adventure days to see everything Colorado has to offer.  She is just a great little girl and will truly fit in with any family. Timber is a lovable, fun, and energetic (sometimes) dog that loves walks, can join you for a run up to 7 miles, and will do anything you say for a treat. Timber was born and raised in Portland, OR. He is 11 years old with an October birthday! We love our boy, but need to find him a new home as we are in a new stage of life and don’t have the time to give T the attention and support he deserves. For Timber, we are looking for a home that has a yard for him to roam, sniff, and roll around. He is crate trained, but is happy as long as he has his bed. We are looking for new dog parents who like to go on walks and can give him all the petts he asks for. Timber is a very excited dog that has anxiety because of it and shakes when excitedHe acts like a chill old man most of the time and puts himself to bed early or naps under coffee tables/tables. Timber can sit, lay down, and knows the meaning of “bed” and “go potty”. He is also trained to not go upstairs or jump on furniture. He is the best.
