Story
Meet Holly!Holly is a sweet, playful girl who loves being outdoors and having someone to share her adventures with. She’s smart and eager to learn, picking up new tricks quickly, and she’s just as happy curling up for cuddles at home. With new people, Holly may seem big and serious at first, but she warms up quickly and shows her gentle, affectionate side. Ice cubes and tasty treats are her absolute favorites and a great way to win her heart! She is great on a leash!! She has not bee around other animals or kids, but her young age and personality suggests she would be ok.She is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for a $300 fee.

Story
Cowboy was well loved and treasured by his mom who passed away unexpectedly. He is a sable headed, white rough coat collie and is 5 years old.  Cowboy is sensitive, affectionate, gentle and has a calming presence. He is a sweet boy who will be a wonderful addition to some extra lucky family. He will do his absolute best in a home where someone is home most of the time. Cowboy craves attention and to be near you. He will bark at the door a couple of times when you leave trying to convince you to stay. He does not scratch the door or have any destructive behavior when he is left alone. He is potty trained & knows how to use a doggie door. Cowboy is easy going as far as where he likes to sleep. His first preference is to sit on the sofa next to you, but he is happy to lay in a bed or on the floor as long as he is in the same vicinity as his people. Cowboy doesn’t complain if there is a need to crate him. He chooses to sleep in his crate with the door open sometimes, it is familiar and safe. Cowboy has never been taught basic commands but his intelligence and eagerness to please makes him a dream companion. Cowboy enjoys other dogs but the cat in his foster home proved to be a little too tempting to chase. Green beans are an extra special treat! A fenced yard is required.  Cowboy is being fostered in Oklahoma.  If interested, apply at freedomcollierescue.org ##2637599##

Story
Grace’s journey to safety is nothing short of remarkable. Found living outside a rural Arkansas gas station, she had been surviving entirely on her own. Severely underweight at just 29 pounds, she arrived in rescue shy, exhausted, and unsure of what kindness felt like. Once welcomed into a warm home, Grace blossomed. She quickly discovered the joys of soft beds, full bowls, and gentle hands. Her initial shyness has melted into a sweet, affectionate personality. Grace loves love. She leans in for soft pets, follows her people with quiet devotion, and radiates gratitude in everything she does. She’s wonderful with other dogs and has been very sweet and respectful toward the resident cat. Her collie nature shines through in her intelligence, sensitivity, and unmistakably gentle spirit. Grace is house trained and crate trained. She settles nicely in her crate, though she may give a few soft barks at first before relaxing. She has gained healthy weight and is feeling stronger every day. She is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease, and the rescue will cover all of her care. She has already been spayed and vaccinated. Despite everything she has endured, she remains soft, trusting, and beautifully resilient. With continued love and patience this girl is truly going to shine. We estimate Grace to be 5 years old.   Now she is ready for the chapter she has always deserved, her very own forever home filled with love.If you are looking for a loyal companion with a tender heart and a story that will stay with you, Grace is waiting. ##2602287##

Story
If you would like more information about Riften or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to colemunoz123@gmail.com Riften is a sweet 2-year-old herding-breed mix (Aussie/Collie-type). She is gentle and affectionate, no aggression observed. She appears to have had prior neglect and is still adjusting to being well cared for. Riften is partially house trained and improving. Due to significant stress and health concerns for a resident small dog, we are hoping to have Riften rehomed with a great family who can spoil her.
