Story
Hey, all! I'm Truffle, mama to the mushroom pups. I'm not a regular mom - I'm a cool mom! Now that my pups have grown a bit, I am LI-VING! I have developed a taste for the finer things: Snuggles, getting a good brush, belly rubs, sunbathing, and treats to name a few. My love language is most certainly "affection. I spend every day bounding about with my foster siblings and wrestling with my pup, Oyster, while the evenings are for snuggling up for movie night. Heaven! I have a gentle and loving disposition that makes me a perfect companion for all dogs, people, and even cats. I'm such an easy and eager to please pup with the most darling face. It's no surprise that I charm all I meet... but I'd sure like to only have eyes for YOU! *wink wink* *nudge nudge* Truffle is a female Collie mix with an estimated birthdate of 09/30/2020. She weighs 32lbs

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.I am Super smart, fun loving guy who would love to have an active family. I am not an apartment guy! I need to run.It doesn't matter what he is mixed with!   He is the happiest, best dog ever.  Bethoven says: I would make you the happiest family EVER!  I'm super cute, and super happy and super cuddly! I have lots of energy for walks or runs or playing with the hose in the backyard (its like my most favoritest thing).    I would make the most bestest dog brother EVER!  I love to instigate play and would be your bestiest friend! (like 4-ever). You'll never find a better dog brother than I would be! I'm kind of a big boy, and apparently I'm a bit 'oral' Whatever that means *sheesh*. I DON'T bite, NO WAY!  But I've got a lot of puppy still, or so they say... so I like to put my mouth on things, especially when I'm playing.   I really want to find my forever home, my first family really loved me, but had to give me up because my first momma needed to get out of bad situation and the shelter didn't allow me to come.   I'm just know I'll be the bestest dog you've ever had!   aarfhouston.org/forms for an application    Please contact app@aarfhouston.org for more information about this dog. You can apply online by clicking on Application . Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events. Thank you for considering a rescue! The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip. Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old. It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it. NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others. AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
