Story
Cypher-Doberman Pinscher female, DOB 7-27-24 (Aug. 2025) Please contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Cypher came to rescue when her 1st owners had to move and could no longer take care of her or take her with them. She's a lovely girl, and has been living in an adoptive home, but now needs a new home/start. She's very loving, according to the humans in the family. She is good with male dogs, but is not happy in the home with an older female dog. She has not lived with cats. An experienced home would be best for Cypher, to continue training with her . She's very intelligent and will have so much fun learning together. She is used to family life and older children. A Doberman can be a great family dog, but they require dedicated socialization, consistent training, and significant exercise to become well-adjusted, loyal companions. Due to their high energy, intelligence, and protective nature, they need owners who are active, experienced, and committed to providing the mental and physical stimulation necessary for this breed. Dobermans bond closely with their families and can be very loving, but their size and strength mean they may be better suited for families with older, more understanding children who can handle their enthusiastic play. Cypher's adopton fee is $450 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.

Story
Ava is my breeding. Her owner died from a heart attack and I brought her back home. She gets along with dogs but her sister has started becoming a little confrontational. She’s a very sweet girl - docile indoors but has a lot of energy and needs plenty of room to run. She needs someone to take her places and be her person not leaving her - prefer a retired person. She has a little separation anxiety from the first owners in her short life with them. She is crate trained, loves sleeping in the bed, potty trained, walks great on the leash and loves walks. Loves people. Is protective of her property. She’s a great dog. Needs a lot of love and great care. Experienced Doberman owner.

Batman is a male Mountain Feist/Fox Terrier mix, born about April 2025. He is sweet and loves people. Batman is neutered, healthy, and quite an easy, agreeable young man. Story
Adopt-a-pet Inquires are not an application and will be ignored. Looking for a Foster or Adopter Hi! I’m Commander, a Doberman mix and probably a little part unicorn. I am about 10 months old and 75lbs of solid muscle and snuggle power :) People are my favorite! Attention is my favorite! Hugs are my favorite! (Basically, if it involves love, I’m in.) My rescue coordinator calls me “Mister Let-Me-Hug-You". I’m a playful, goofy guy who’s still learning what to do with these extra-long legs, sometimes they forget they’re on the same team. I want nothing more than to be close to my people and soak up all the love they can give. I’m also a very strong boy who needs a confident, committed human to help me keep working on my leash manners. Right now, I’m fully convinced every walk is my big audition for a professional sled dog team. With patience and consistency, I’ll get the hang of it, I just have a little ways to go before I’m a “loose-leash” walker. Food and affection are truly the way to my heart and brain! Basically, I’m one big lovable jumble of joy who just needs an adopter to continue helping me grow into my best self. If you’ve been dreaming of a happy, huggable, slightly uncoordinated adventure buddy, I’m your guy. No cats for me, thank you. I maybe able to live in an apartment but I guarantee you, one happy tail swipe and all of your on-display valuables will be a distant memory. I’m good with children, but I do love to hug, and at 75 pounds, I might accidentally knock them down. Dog parks aren’t my scene. I can be a bit overwhelming for some dogs, and my size can make others nervous. You don’t need a yard for me to be happy, though! Just common sense, regular walks, and maybe a pup cup or two. Professional training would be awesome for me, it’ll set us both up for success. Apply to adopt me! https://tinyurl.com/TLCdogapp Adoption radius: 60 miles from 20906 We don’t promote any of our dogs as house trained or allergy friendly. Story
Bronco is 7 years old, playful, and well-trained looking for his forever home. He loves his freedom and truly enjoys having yard space where he can run, chase, and explore. If you have a nice-sized yard, Bronco will be in his element. He great with other dogs when properly introduced and has lived happily with cats he loves to play with them. Bronco is also wonderful with children and previously lived with two toddlers, showing how gentle and loving he can be around little ones. Bronco is very easy to train, quick to learn, and highly adaptable, making him an excellent fit for many types of households. Along with his playful spirit, he is also a natural protector an amazing guard dog who will watch over and love his new family with loyalty and devotion. This fun-loving boy has lots of energy and would thrive in a home that can match his playful nature while also appreciating his protective side. If your're looking for a loyal companion who brings joy, fun, and security, Bronco is it!!
