Story
Coco is loving, joyful and full of energy. She is 4 years old. She has been around my boys since they were 4 and 7 years old to now 8 and 11. She has also been around the cat for the last 2 years. She struggles a bit with personal space and has to be reminded after the 100th kiss that we love her too, no more kisses needed. She loves to have the neck and top belly rubbed. She still struggles with a leash, and tends to still pull during walks. She is crate trained, can follow simple commands, 'sit', 'no jump', 'down', and she will stop walking when you stop in the leash. She has 2 meals a day, one in the morning/afternoon.She LOVES the dog park and is good around other dogs, but again struggles to respect their space so sometimes she gets barked at and then learns. We are relocating and cannot bring her along with us. We want her to go to a loving person or family that will be active with her, where she will be loved, able to have walks/runs and have fun with her.

Story
PLEASE NOTE: We are a Texas-based rescue. This dog is currently in Texas and will be transported to your state once adopted. Our application can be found at haydudeequine.org. Meet Kenny! Hi! I'm Kenny, an 18-month-old Doberman Pinscher/Catahoula mix with a heart as big as my goofy personality. If you're looking for a best friend who's always ready to play, learn, and cuddle, I think we might be the perfect match! Want to know the quickest way to my heart? Throw a ball! Seriously—I could chase one all day if you'd let me. And if you happen to have a treat, let me show you my signature move... I spin! I've perfected it, and I'm pretty sure it's impossible not to smile when you see it. I'm not just fun—I'm a gentleman, too. I'm crate trained, house trained, and I know how to be a respectful member of the family. I get along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids, so I'd fit right into just about any home. When playtime is over, I have one special request: scratch my forehead. That's my favorite spot, and I'll happily lean in for as many forehead rubs as you're willing to give. It's my favorite way to unwind after a day of adventures. I'm the kind of dog who wants to be part of everything you're doing. Whether it's playing fetch in the backyard, going for walks, hanging out with the family, or relaxing at home, I'm happiest when I'm with my people. So, what do you think? If you're looking for a loyal, playful, well-mannered companion with a few fun tricks and a whole lot of love to give, I'd love to come home with you. I'll bring the toys—you bring the forehead scratches! 🐾💙

Story
Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Gemma, or as my foster family likes to call me, Gemma Dean String Bean. As soon as I got out to the country in wide open spaces and met my fur foster siblings (dogs), my personality really started to bloom and shine. I am shy with fur siblings at first but once I warm up to them you can’t get me to stop playing. I have endless energy. I would be best in a forever home that has a fur sibling for me to play and snuggle with. While I warm up to other dogs right away, I take a little longer with humans but don’t worry, I do warm up pretty fast and then you won’t be able to get me to stop wanting to play and snuggle with you, too. In this hot Texas summer I love to play in the water but be sure to let me go potty before I go inside because I’m still learning that I should only potty outside. I haven’t figured out how to play fetch yet but I love a good chew toy and so far, I am very good at chewing!! )I am food motivated with obedience training. Finally, my foster family has some turkeys that I haven’t shown I care about but I do slightly lose my mind when I see Bambi (as in a REAL DEER!!) I would love to meet you and show you that I am the missing puzzle piece for your family. I can’t wait to hear from you! BUT HURRY!1 I am a GEMma and am ready!! Local adoption fee is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Salem is a very loving energetic boy. He's protective of his home as a Dobe usually is. He loves snuggling, loves attention and is eager to do good. He knows basic commands but may need a little extra training especially for recall. He just wants to be part of the family and love everyone!

Story
Kirk is a Dobi mix born on 9/24/25 with a goofy personality, a big heart, and endless puppy charm. This handsome boy is the life of the party—playful, outgoing, and always ready to make you laugh with his silly antics and happy energy. He loves attention, enjoys playing hard, and when the fun is over, he’s more than happy to curl up for cuddles. Like any typical puppy, Kirk is still learning and thriving with consistency and structure. He was previously potty trained, but after spending time in the kennel environment, he’ll need a little refresher and patience as he settles into a home routine again. He’s smart, eager, and ready to succeed with guidance. Kirk is fully vetted, neutered, and incredibly social. He has been exposed to cats and did well, though supervision is recommended since he’s still a puppy. This sweet, fun-loving boy is ready to find a forever home where he can continue growing into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. Adoption application is available on our website: www.puppypawsrescue.org
