He will require someone experienced, structured, and committed to ongoing training. This is not a “figure it out as you go” dog. Ideal home (non-negotiable): Experienced, active, consistent human(s) who will not give up when he inevitably tests every boundary you set. Doberman or working-breed experience strongly preferred.
