Story

Ash is a fullbred Doberman Pincher that we got from a friend of a friend who had puppies. Ash overall a good dog, but needs a owner(s) with more time and energy than we are able to give right now. He is high energy and has some seperation anxiety. He also has a bad habit of nipping at people when he is exited or upset to get attention. We have tried sending him to a professional trainer to help with these issue and while he did improve the problem persists. We have a new baby and small kids and overall between work and the kids we cant give him the attention he requires. Due to the nipping we dont think he would be a good fit for homes with small kids. We have cats and he has never attacked them but does try to play with them and drive them crazy. He does have a strong chase instinct but we are able to make it work with our cats, but caution anyone with cats. Ash is very loving, loves attention and wants to be with you at all times. In the right home he will be a great dog

Story

Tierney is just a doll! He is a playful, sweet, engaging boy who is ready to take on the world with his new person. Poor baby found himself on the side of the road dumped by someone. He was starving. He did not know how to find food which is common for dogs dumped and was fortunate someone stopped and picked him up. Since coming to us he has been neutered and received all of his shots and has been on heartworm prevention and has received his microchip. He has been socializing with all of the dogs here at the rescue and he loves to play. He is not aggressive at all but will jump in to try and play with any group that is engaged at the moment. He is Crate trained extremely well! He loves to eat and is a little messy sometimes because he is so enthusiastic given that he was without food for some time, but you can pet him while he's eating and touch him and he is fine with that. He's very trusting and sweet. We crate feed all of our animals to instill in them a sense of safety, and he has really taken to that. He's ready to be part of a family and be the center of someone else's group. Please come to meet him! You won't be sorry.

Duchess was in a small, high kill shelter when we came across her information. Her eyes were so infected she couldn’t open them and the shelter had posted her as being blind. Our vet discovered that Duchess doesn’t produce tears and the chronic dry eye had been untreated so long her corneas were damaged and infected. This sweet girl was so shut down initially she had to remember what a special dog she is. We are trying our best to save her eyes, she gets 2 types of medicated drops twice a day and artificial tears as often as possible. She’s learned to let her foster clean her eyes and is good about getting her drops. She’s able to see now although not as well as we hope she can as we progress. She will need eye drops ongoing. Duchess now plays with the other dogs in her foster home and enjoys running around her yard. Her very favorite thing is getting attention and spending time with her humans. She just wants to totally devote herself to her human and take care of her family. This girl is a wonderful Doberman and an ambassador for the breed.She is house trained, can use a doggie door or ask to go outside if she doesn't have one. She is fine being left home alone or with her canine friends but would rather go wherever her human is going. She’s great going for rides and would be the perfect travel companion. Duchess is fully vetted - current with vaccines, spayed, on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and is microchipped.

Deli is a sweet girl that loves to play. She is a cuddler too when she is sleepy. I am a single emptynester and I work from home some. She is not fond of kennel and is high energy so working is difficult with her at home. She goes to daycare on work days and if I am going to be away from home more than a few hours she stays over night at daycare. I think she would be happier with a family that has kids and can give her the attention she deserves. Letting her go will be hard but I think she will be happier. She has all her shots, goes to vet regularly and is fixed and chipped. I will let her go to the right home but if I dont find one she will stay with me. She has hit her max size and is about 9.5lbs her mom was full chihuahua and dad was min-pin. She was born with stump tail which is really cute but has no health issues. Any questions I will answer best I can. I am open to suggestions but I believe a family with kids is her best option. I have many photos of u want
